They keep forgetting to add sauce packets when ordering chicken nuggets and many times I have received onions on my burger when I ordered none.It's alright to make a mistake every now and again, but it's been pretty poor lately for some reason. A severe lack of focus is happening behind the counter. Most times when I go in, employees are talking about their latest adventures in their video games instead of focusing on the incoming orders.Also, it seems like people are always waiting to get their order taken at the register and it takes a while for an employee to get to them. It's just better to go to the kiosk and order there in my opinion.When the food does come out proper though, it tastes pretty good. There just needs to be more focus happening behind the counter.

I come here often, this McDonald's always does their best to deliver a great experience. Especially since coming under new management a while back. This place has really turned around since then!

We had dinner at this McDonald's yesterday evening,. We were tired and grumpy and hungry. We just had a very bad day. Jeremy greeted us and heard we were having a bad day. He was very nice and caring, and made sure we knew how to get the most food for our money. We wanted to get 20 chicken nuggets, and he explained that it would be cheaper to get two 10 piece nuggets with the buy one get one for a dollar deal. He did not have to offer this deal to us, but he did. He was very warm and charming while helping us. Jeremy deserves a raise. He is an incredible employee, and this McDonald's is lucky to have him as an employee.

I had done a mobile order and it was accidentally given to a different car but when I went inside and explained the situation one of the workers a young gal was so kind and made sure I got everything I ordered and also gave me some coupons to use next time. I was having a tough day but this really made :)

I really like how McDonald's has great mobile deals. They don't mess up my order either, which is a plus. The food is hot and filling for the price. The workers are very friendly and I appreciate all the work they do.
