It's a great gym. Some of the staff shouldn't be in customer service, but the others more than made up for their colleagues lack of empathy.

Honestly a pretty decent gym. Super spacious and a lot of equipment. But it’s been 2 years I’ve been going to this gym and it’s been the same playlist for 2 years. Every time we make a comment about the music she says the boss doesn’t want to change the music. Which I find pretty discouraging since we’re the ones that pay every month. Are we not entitled for a bit of change? 2020 anything is possible! A little update would be greatly appreciated!!

Le tech gym m’envoie à une agence de recouvrement pour les mois de pandémie où je ne pouvais bénéficier de leur services. Malgré mes appels sans retour … suite à cela envoie d’une lettre enregistrée même signée avec preuve . Ils disent à l’agence non reçu et aucune entente possible.

Employés de fds arrivent toujours en retard ou ne rentrent pas. Aucune justification de la part du gym à part On manque de staffs".Pas une raison pour garder les employés qui manquent de sérieux incapable d'arriver à l'heure ou de se présenter.Si vous vous entrainez la fds

Terrible reception service for new customers, such staff members should not work in customer service, I have never experienced such an insulting and rude attitude from the receptionist and other staff members. Very disappointing
