Impatient pharmacists on the phone and in person. And they look annoyed when explaining to seniors.

I came here today to pick up some things and I had to stop at the pharmacy to get a rapid test kit when the pharmacist came back she took the box and slammed it really hard on the counter and then proceeded to say something under her breath which I couldn't hear. This happened on February 5th around 4pm. Then for whatever reason you guy are charging 14 dollars for two chicken breast never in my life have I seen them that expensive you should be ashamed of yourselves charging that price is completely and utterly disgusting. If this price gouging continues I'll be shopping somewhere else and tell others to not come here ever again.

It's a pharmacy, so those of you reviewers who complained about the groceries should complain on PriceSmart Foods location. Great selection of medications and other things. Available FAT percentage" checker (for your body fat). Outdated blood pressure checker."

This place has almost according to the community around here but misses the Indian menu here.Sometimes it is very difficult to adjust to the things available.The reward points system is very good.The staff is good and acknowledgedIt is very easily accessible and at a prime location so don't worry about walking for so long.

very convenient grocery store to get your groceries really quick, the staff are very knowledgeable about the items in the store. I was able get all my grocery's in a fast and efficient time. All the signs and prices were really clear.

Produce is low quality. Box of arugula was basically spoiled. Did not realize this until we got back home to Vancouver. Similar situation with a box of spinach, and some of the fruit we purchased was not the freshest. Would not come here for produce again, but may visit for other non-perishable foods.

I hadn't been to this store for a long time, I recommended my new roommate to come with me to buy Asian foods between 8:30 to 9:20pm on July 7, we went to the customer service desk to get her a membership card, there was only one Asian woman who wearing glasses and a ponytail, she was very unfriendly to us, she didn't even say hi with her face, also my roommate was using self-checkout and accidentally put a bag of rice in the wrong place, her attitude towards my roommate was very bad. I hope the manager can strengthen her customer service training, I have worked in Safeway more than six years, I have never encountered such a bad attitude, I hope the next customer will not be treated the same way!

There was a male Asian employee who was standing across from the entrance and was chatting with an Asian woman when I entered the store. He looked at me and said something to the woman and they both glared at me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Then the woman walked away. The employee made me feel unwelcome indeed. I recognized him because I shopped there regularly. I did not expect the staff to greet every customer, but the staff should not do anything that would make customers uncomfortable.P.S. Many Chinese drinks were unavailable on the shelves even when I came back after one or two weeks. I shopped there regularly; the shelves were always unstocked.

Edward was a stellar pharmacist, I was there to get both my flu and booster shot. He took the time to keep me relaxed throughout my appointment and was actively listening throughout our conversation. Thanks Edward for making me feel at zen while getting two shots in one day.
