Biktrix Electric Bikes

Juggernaut 3 is an awesome bike by an awesome company with awesome customer service. I'm glad after narrowing down to two I chose Biktrix. At 51 it was probably the best decision I've ever made lol

Just bought two Swift Lite 3 Step-Thru on the weekend, I haven't had a chance to use them much yet but wanted to comment on the customer service. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this local company for your e-bike purchase.

I purchased the Juggernaut Ultra FS Pro and have been loving it. Has the power I need for the largest hills and endurance to keep going! I had a few questions for the bike so I emailed them and they replied in 25 minutes! So far everything has been amazing!Look closely, the bike is in the photo sitting on its side stand :)

Bought a juggernaut Ultra FS pro 3, the battery was not charging . I contacted customer service who replied promptly with some fixes and asked me to provide pictures. In the mean time I went for a ride and the derailleur broke, then I found out the battery problem was due to a connector not welded. I replied with pictures and express my concern with their QA. 4 days went by ,still NO RESPONSE.the bike is great but not sure they care about their customers!!!UPDATE4 hours after posting review: I got a reply proposing reimbursement of the derailleur and escalation to QA for the battery issue.hopefully they will review their customer service policy for quicker reply, Taj from CS was polite and helpful.Let it be a glitch ! The bike rides vey well and I enjoy it!

Great product, Saskatoon based company. But feel when you prepay for two bikes, that there would be better communication with customer after the purchase and tracking of the order within the company and to the customer until delivery. No one seemed to know when the order was coming. No one had definite answers. Location on Broadway is not convenient for picking up and loading bikes. I think this is simply just a company that has major growing pains. Grew too fast and doesn't have the internal infrastructure and communication streamlined, yet.

A few years ago I rented an electric bike while I was on vacation and I wanted one ever since. During that time I researched off and on different e-bikes and settled on the Biktrix Juggernaut Classic Duo. The only complaint, and it's not a real complaint, is that they were out of the black color that I wanted, so I chose the blue one. I've only owned it a couple of weeks but during that time I've ridden it quite a bit and I'm extremely happy with it. It has lots of power and I'm able to climb hills with ease. The order process went very well and I was updated regularly on the progress of the shipment and got regular emails from the company asking about my bike. So far I have no complaints. This bike seems to be built more solidly than some other electric bikes I've seen, so I don't foresee any issues with it. I would highly recommend Biktrix to anyone.

In my case, I made some initial product inquiries which quickly led to Biktrix customer assistance contacting me to set up a phone appointment to further discuss my needs. The eventual phone conversation was amazing. I got excellent guidance on the best model choice and customizations for me and a wealth of other helpful insights from a friendly ebike expert along with clear instructions on the simple steps I would need to take to complete the order. This conversation was natural, unrushed, and without any pushy sales tactics. After several pleasant email communications provided me swift and exceptionally detailed answers to all my follow-up questions, I confidently completed my purchase. It took about two weeks for them to build my bike and ship it out, and one week to take physical delivery of it. The box arrived in good condition and the assembly went like clockwork with no issues. Everything was exactly as ordered, mostly pre-assembled, and packed with meticulous care. Not a scratch, no missing bolts. An initial display error was quickly remedied when I noticed the spoke-mounted speed sensor magnet wasn't lined up with the frame-mounted sensor. It was probably bumped out of place in transit. Hugely impressed with the overall build quality and its value relative to competitors' offerings of the same configuration and premium components. I could not be more pleased with the diligent care and responsiveness of their customer assistance team. The timeframe from order to delivery met my expectations. I wish the package included instruction manuals for setting the suspension and Bafang display, but of course all that info can be easily found on the Biktrix site and on the individual component brand sites online. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience, customer support interactions, and the product itself. I've put approximately 95km on the bike in the three days I've had it, on rough trails and pavement over moderately hilly terrain. Everything works as expected. This is an extraordinarily sturdy machine with a remarkably potent powerplant. It rides beautifully, powerfully, makes me feel superhuman. I highly recommend approaching the Biktrix company for your next ebike. From what I have seen, Biktrix is an incredible team of keenly engaged professionals, and I genuinely believe that Biktrix is currently the global benchmark for the ebike industry in both quality of products and quality of service.

Awesome selection of e-bikes with lots of power and capabilities. Unfortunately near Denver Colorado, all three bikes that were delivered to me came damaged but this is not the norm for the company so something with my delivery path or carriers. Once the damage was fixed on the bikes they have been stellar and a lot of fun

I’m happy to say that I received my bikes, I’ve assembled them with relative ease and I’ve taken my first ever ride on an e-bike. Wow, five stars, I’m totally impressed with the ride, as well as with the support team at Biktrix.Thank you!

Hello,I could not say enough good things about Brooklyn! Her service on the phone and email was exceptional! It was like buying a bike from an old trusted friend. She was so patient with an old guy (79). I had been looking at several different ebike companies. Speaking with her on the phone sealed the deal! I purchased a Juggernaut classic duo.
