Wonderful staff. Went in here to look for a specific catit item, and although they did not have it the staff member tried to give alternative places to possibly find it, and other locations nearby. Also asked about our pets, and learned that our dog was having trouble with soft stools and not wanting to eat much, recommended the pumpkin supplement to sprinkle on food and it has been super helpful! Super knowledgeable staff!!

I absolutely love this location... Kim (the owner of this location) was absolutely amazing. We came in quite stressed about getting our new puppy but Kim walked us through a lot of the food options (we're doing raw diet for our whoodle) and Kim helped us pick the right one for our dog. I really liked how she was honest with her opinion on different items and wasn't just trying to make a sale"... She helped us in making an informed decision on what would work best for our dog. She also recommended us DogJog (another amazing group of pet lovers that will walk your dog when you're not home).On our next visit was another employee who was also very helpful. I've recommended this location to others (more because I haven't needed to go to others and this one is the closest to us)

This location is always organized and clean, the layout is simple and everything is easy to see and find. Staff are always so friendly, and very knowledgeable in all the products. There is a name tag engraving machine with lots of selections, a scale to weigh your pooch, a water dish by the front door, and always a few treat samples for your furry friends when you bring them in. Thank you for the amazing store and being a part of the community in the south east end.

Being a boutique pet store, you would think that the prices would be higher than other pet food stores, but that isn't the case here. They do commit to stocking only the best quality foods and accesories, including raw foods and the prices on these items are the same or less than the chain stores. Add to this a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a comfortable, well organized store; well, its worth stopping in to check it out. Oh, and they've got a great rewards program, too.

Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. Only opens at 10am on weekdays. I get catfood here and prices are acceptable. Store is clean and organized. They have handicap parking stalls and a slant to get to the door, but you have to open the door yourself as there is NO button to push to open the door. A nice store that carries more stuff for dogs than cats.

I come here regularly for my dog's supplies. The staff and owner are really helpful. When I was looking to switch my dog's diet to raw, the owner was great in recommending a food that would suit my dog's needs. She was very knowledgeable. Sometimes there are a few issues with stock, but I never wait until the last minute to restock what I need so I have never had a problem.

Reliable pet food and dog treat store. Prices are a bit high compared to other pet food stores. They have unique treats and a good frozen section with unique options that are natural. They are lacking in toy selection and could use some chewing options that are not bones.

Helpful staff! A nice assortment of available products you’d expect from a boutique type pet shop. They don’t carry the volume that some of the larger shops do but they carry good quality products, some of which can’t be found at the bigger shops. Pet friendly of course. Price point is pretty similar to other shops as well.
