BUYERS BEWAREI bought my car in February 2021 for $6700 and now have to scrap it after using my entire warranty ($2700) and sinking over $3000 of my own money into it. A whopping 17 months of driving and it cost me over $10,000. The more people I talk to about this company it has become apparent I didn't do enough research so shame on me. Honestly, save the headache that I have and buy elsewhere.

Paul is a man of his word. He said he would help me out on my car repair and he paid for the part that was needed in my car even though it wasn’t covered under my warranty.He even paid for my Ford Emblem and dropped it off in our mailbox. Just be patient, he is a busy man. It takes few days for him to answer your email. He’s a decent business guy.

I've been in the market for a new car for about 2 years and finally found what I was looking for at the Brackland's Welland Ave location. I was immediately greeted by Paul who made sure everything went super smooth. The car was great, and Paul made sure to be very honest and upfront about everything regarding the car. I've personally never had such a good experience at any other dealership I visited. I highly recommend Brackland's if you're in the market for a new car! Thanks again Paul!

Stacy was absolutely amazing as a salesperson. Worked with my son to get his first car, they stand behind their product as when he did have any little problems within the first few months they had no problem whatsoever rectifying any situation he came about. Very very fair pricing and negotiating is a pleasure. Highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. My only reason for giving them for stars opposed to five is that when I go to look through their lot they don't have all of their vehicles priced and I prefer to look at my leisure within my price range and then approach sales staff rather than possibly waste their time as well as my own looking at vehicles that would be over my budget.I do live that they have they two locations within the city and tend to have the separated by price, being Welland Avenue has the more expensive and newer vehicles.

Lots of great trucks! Bought our new truck on second visit. We received great service from Anthony! He was helpful, with no pressure. Lots of vehicles to choose from. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend Bracklands Auto Sales!

Great service until you drive off the lot. Bought a van that should not have passed the safety, after three weeks my vehicle is in the garage getting new tires (two had broken belts) and little tread on all of them and replacing a fan motor that was failed to be done at time of safety. I have contacted them three times by email and they are ignoring me. Very disgusted with the customer service after purchase. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Paul was absolutely amazing, he answered all of my questions in a timely manner.purchsing was quick and easy. He even went above and beyond after our purchase and paid for a part that wasn't covered under warranty as we had a problem just a day after driving off the lot with a sensor . As with any vehicle anything can happen at any time. Paul was very easy to talk to. We have now had our suv for a couple of months and we are very satisfied. Certainly recommend Paul to everyone :) we have never had such good service at a dealership, like we did at Brackland's.
