Visiting London for the Brier and went to the store to see about buying a new helmet. Helped by Andres - even bet him he could not find one to fit my large head but he did. Allowed us to pick up after game. Very professional. The young gentleman at the front entrance has a very inviting personality. Highly recommend this store for its service. Andres is a prince of gentleman.

I bought a Liv (women’s line of Giant) gravel bike from To Wheels and had a really great experience. There were some issues with the payment process and To Wheels got everything sorted and I was able to pick it up, it was the only gravel bike in my size available anywhere in Ontario before the summer. I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and Andrew saw to it that everything was totally sorted for me including a great fitting and answering any questions I had. I really felt that he was excited for me and wanted to make sure I loved everything about the bike. I’m so happy about it and also glad I purchased through to wheels and will be travelling back for maintenance in the future!

Got a new mountain bike from the guys at To Wheels and the customer service couldn’t have been better. They were extremely accommodating every step of the way, never pushy, and never made it feel like there were any stupid questions. Love my bike, it was a great experience all around.

Recently discovered the awesome little community that this bike shop is. Purchased a TLD Helmet (had to order in my color and size) and a chromag fu50 bar as well as a few other little bits and parts. All the staff is super friendly and more than willing to help, regardless the question or issue at hand. My helmet took a little longer than expected but the shop was quick to communicate that via email making the entire experience painless!

Went in Saturday to get my feet wet. I've not been in a bike shop in 20 plus years. I remember 2 wheels from back in the trek days. So I went in. I made it known to Andres that I wasn't buying that day. It didn't matter to him. He took the time to explain everything. Show me what's new and what's changed over the course of the last 2 decades. He is an asset to 2 wheels. I will be back when the temp gets in the pluses to buy my new bike.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to the store after being blessed with the gift of a new bike. It was a very unexpected and generous gift, but wasn't quite the best for my needs so I contacted the store and there was no problem exchanging it. Andres was great - he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and worked with me to figure out what was best for me. After getting the bike home and riding it there were still some minor changes needed. Andres was extremely helpful to figure out great solutions and to get me the best bike possible for me.
