I have been using the Lakeridge Dentistry for 25+ years. Very welcoming to walk in where everybody knows your name. :) Always friendly (even with covid they have rigorous cleaning) and courteous. Hand sanitizer and masks available in the lobby before going in, or to sanitize when you leave. I suffer severe social anxiety and this is one of the places in the city that I feel comfortable in and have no problem having a longer conversation.Happy Holidays, Be safe and I will see you in the new year.Kyle Colvin

Highly recommend Lakeridge Dental. I came in on a referral from my niece and I was not disappointed! Everyone is so kind, helpful and personable! Affordable and trustworthy! Lakeridge has gained a new family of patients!

I went in today to see if they're accepting new patients. I walk in and the receptionists are all laughing and joking around which is sort of welcoming until I caught the catty things they were saying about patients. I walk up to the one with her mask pulled down over her chin and before I can get the word hello" out she grabs tweezers and hands me a mask. I said that I'm sorry I wasn't awake it's mandatory and with a lot of attitude she tells me it is there. I said forget it and walked out. She wasn't even wearing hers and has the nerve to be rude to me for not having one on

As someone who has dental anxiety they have made me feel very comfortable, at ease and wanting to want to go to the dentist. Thank you to all work there amazing place.

After being a patient for 30 years my dentist retired. I am so happy with my newly discovered dental care team. I received excellent an cleaning and exam and a pain free replacement filling, all done with zero problems booking. The office offers a pleasant atmosphere with a highly qualified and caring dental team .

I started going to this Dentist back in June when I had a tooth break and my regular dentist couldn't fit me in. They got me in the same day I called. I had the female dentist and she is such a kind and caring individual. I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist due to a bad experience with with previous dentist. This is the most welcoming dentist I have ever been to. They will try to get you in asap and most times the same day you call if you experiencing pain. All the secretaries are very kind and helpful too. They do direct billing aswell. I am very glad I found this dentist.

I've been going to Lakeridge dentistry for about 15 years. I recommend them to my friends and family.The staff are all wonderful to deal with - but that's not why I continue to go back; it's because of the skill of the dentists and hygienists. In short; they take good care of my teeth.

I had an appointment booked for today, I got new medications from my doctor and was having bad side effects. I got my fiancé to call because I was too sick to and we could not believe how rude they were. They barely even let him talk before they said they’re refusing to rebook. I get that I mean this is the first and only time and I happened to get sick as human beings can sometimes have that happen but I guess they are not aware of that because they are dentists not doctors, but I was just more upset with how unbelievably rude and dismissive they were. If they said it nicely fine but after that rude encounter I told him to hang up immediately and we will go somewhere else. I have seen them be extremely rude when I went to pick up my mom but I just figured a bad day but nope they are just like that. If you want somewhere for entitled receptionists to take their day out on you then this is the place for you. Other then that I do not recommend going here.

All Lakeridge Dental staff treat you with kindness and are thoughtful of your comfort every step of the way. Shout out to the ladies at the front. They meet you with such friendliness and always pleasant. I highly recommend Lakeridge Dental PTBO for the whole family. You will be glad you did :) Marilyn W
