So slow. Had to cancel after waiting for an hour. Found another truck that showed up in 10 minutes. I would avoid using them if possible.

My silver lining in a rather unfortunate day. I had a car accident just outside of Montreal and I live in Ottawa. From the time the tow truck came until I obtained the last of my personal possessions I have had nothing but exceptional, patient and kind service. Great people helped me through this emotional time, they go above and beyond.Highly recommend, hands down. Thank you!

Terrible service, and they exclusivity on the highways, doesn’t make sense, i ve delt with many towing companies in the past , but these guys avoid at all costs.

You take too long to get to you vehicle to help you outWhy are places that are in business I like this now days, years ago someone would jump to make a dollar now they don't care about you and they charge you through the nose.And they're not bilingual I thought if your in business you should be bilingual knowing all languages when you call for service.
