My roof was losing shingles in very high winds. I knew that shingles were original builder's grade an decided it was time to get this done, before it could get worse and be a costly fix. I was referred by my in-laws about Desi's and after reading reviews, I found Desi's Roofing West right here in Binbrook!I contacted them and set up appointment.Richard came out and did a full inspection, going up on the roof (on a very hot day) to see firsthand what needed to be done.I was given a very detailed quote with options if I wanted to add more protection.I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Richard.The price was not too bad, either.I was allowed to think about it and price out other options, no pressure from this company.I decided to proceed.The original install date was moved due to weather, but the makeup date was kept and the roofers were on-time exacting at 7 AM.By 12 Noon, they were completely done. I spent a few moments with them and they fully explained what they had done.They fully cleaned up all their work area and were on their way.The roof looks amazing!We had a little but powerful storm this morning and the roof did its job.Much recommended!

My husband and I used Desi Roofing this fall, 2016. We experienced a leak, and immediately needed to call for estimates. We called Desi, among a few others, and after speaking to Richard, and reviews, and website, we chose Desi.Thank you Richard for reviewing with me via phone call, our initial estimate, and talking me through the process. You were able to answer all of my questions, and concerns.Without even asking, nor discussing, Richard quoted us for our home, and our attached neighbors side.The crew was able to complete our roof within the next week from date of estinate, and Richard caulked areas of concern relating to our existing leak until the work was completed.The crew completed our roof in 1 day.Special thanks to Andre, for meeting with us before and after the work was completed, to make sure we were happy, the work done was correctly, and to make sure the clean up was done.The clean up was great, you couldn't tell the crew was even here.We would recommend Desi to anyone!Thank You Richard , Andre and team!!!

We had Desi's Roofing West replace our roof in Ancaster. Richard was quick to come out to provide a no-cost estimate, and was extremely patient in answering all of our questions about different products and the process. The roofing team arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a very professional manner, and maintained a very clean work environment. My husband and I knew we needed a new roof this summer but because of a storm, we had to expedite this. Desi's was quick to check out our damaged roof and reassure us that everything was safe. We had a few quotes done to check options and ultimately continued with Desi's due to their detailed options, explanations, customer service and price.It looks amazing and neighbors were impressed with the workmanship.I now sleep better knowing our house is safe and dry. Thanks to RIchard and the Desi's team for our beautiful new roof. Our townhouse roof, just over 2 years old, was leaking - that's new construction for you! This was the second time we have used Desi's Roofing and we are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. They discovered many places where water was entering under poorly installed plastic vents and in valleys where snow and ice like to accumulate. I had a leak from the roof that was installed by them but they didn’t fulfill the contract as they never responded back to my multiple calls and email inquiry . I knew that they were very expensive comparing to other companies, but I thought it worth it for peace of mind. I was wrong and I am very disappointed .My advice, just go with the cheaper price and do not believe in contract or empty promises.

We just had our roof done by Desi’s West INC. I have nothing by good to say. The roofers were professional and worked very quickly. Our property was left clean and the workmanship is top notch. Richard met with us before hand to explain warranties and all materials. The lady in the office was super pleasant and fantastic to deal with.
