The good : Doors and windows are ok and prices are hard to beatThe bad : Very hard to get after sales support. The stores such as Home Depot don’t seem to know much about the products, and customer support is hard to reach, and delays can be quite long to receive support.In the long run, you get what you pay for.

Never buy these windows ..very poor customer service windows are 6yrs old and they can't help to find locks for windows that keep breaking very poor quality and customer support.Windows are very cheap had to replace a couple windows after warranty went due to cracking leaks warping now locks cant be found anywhere so have to replace windows when locks breaks.Be warned company is terrible

Ordered $20k worth of double hung windows and fiber glass doors for a client. My client decided they wanted to add transom windows over the doors that don't open. Neither the person at home depot or the people at Jeld Wen told me that the transom windows were a different design and would not match the $20k worth of windows that we had already installed. Very unhappy with Jeld-Wen and Home Depot and will not be supplying my clients with windows through either of them again. As a contractor I don't appreciate being forced to turnover a sub standard project for my clients. Hope they go out of business.

Jeld-Wen installed the windows for my new home. The installers are incompetent with no oversight from the management. One of the large window in the living room was installed without the supporting frame! It just had small pieces to temporarily hold the large glass pane. Another window is fogged up. I'm unsure whether they installed a leaky window or it's some oily residue. 5 of the windows' Crank Handle was very tight and was difficult to open or close They fixed 4 out 5. 2 of the windows were left without the window screens.When I called this company, I was asked to contact my builders. My builders contacted them and asked them to fix the frame and window screen, but only the frame was fixed. If this company can mess up one home with so many issues, I wonder what they will do to a bigger house.Having a 'good' product is not sufficient. They should have competent workers and supervisors who take pride in their work. This company lacks that.

These guys offers good quality windows but unfortunately, the employees and even the managers don't really care about giving quality services because they are busy and have plenty of businesses. Also lack of professionalism but their prices are decent.
