As pleasant as doctor’s visits can be. I like that I have the flexibility to book online and have phone appointments as well. Dr. Ekladious has always been present, patient, knowledge, and communicative. So far, so good! Wait has never been too long if you have an appointment booked.

If I could go we xero starts I would. If your looking good a doctor that will put money over actual health care, please go there. He's very rude and doesn't listen when you tell him your problems. He lacks people skills and is VERY dismissive. If your someone with lots of time on your hands and is ok with going to see your doctor multiple times a week for an issue that could be resolved in one visit but he wants to be able to keep billing the ministry so he refuses to help and tells you to keep coming back. Then I suggest you go there. I have worked in healthcare for over 16 yrs and he is the most unethical physician I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Dr.Ekladious deserves the award of the rudest doctor! And an Oscar for the receptionist! They don’t explain to the patients what they mean, they don’t respond directly to calls or messages. I am in medical field, I worked with many doctors and patients, when we tell them “ you have one concern per visit” the Doctor actually LISTENS to that complain! If they have other related complaints to the same problem we take that into consideration! Cause doctors help humans not machines!! I didn’t see that with this doctor, he doesn’t listen, he cares that you increase your visits so he can earn more money! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!Btw, despite he is my family doctor I stopped going to him years back, but unfortunately my mother had to deal with his unprofessionalism because his office is the closest. Never again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Abdelmalek for more than 20 years. Very knowledgeable and caring doctor. The staff at this clinic are very helpful. The pharmacist is very professional. Extremely happy with the service.

Dr. Ekladious is patient and trustworthy. He also is organized and doesn't waste your time. He gives us the results himself and is very kind and helpful overall.

Have been a patient of Dr. Ekladious for many years since I was a child and he is one of the most rudest and ignorant doctor that I have encountered. He constantly talks down and degrades patients, invalidates their concerns, and denies access to medical testing. With the manner he talks to patients in, I wouldn't be surprised if he has his medical license revoked.Dr. Ekladious as a healthcare professional should be attentive to his patients concerns and express interest in resolving them. Instead if you're lucky, he will book you for a quick 5-minute appointment, talk over you, and write you a prescription - no follow up or medical testing needed. I have severe ovarian cysts and have been hospitalized in the past month because of them - yet funny enough when I expressed to Dr. Ekladious I was in pain and wanted to get a form for an ultrasound appointment he stared blankly at my face and told me that women don't experience pain when they have ovarian cysts. In another incidence, my younger brother was incorrectly diagnosed as having a heat stroke by Dr. Ekladious (MULTIPLE times) - when instead he had bacterial meningitis and was rushed to Sick Kids.As a medical student I encourage the Lisgar community and patients of Dr. Ekladious to report these obvious cases of patient neglect. No human being deserves this type of healthcare nor to be treated like absolute garbage.

The clinic NEVER replies to the calls and barely ever replies to voice-mail on time. Dr. Eklaudius is a disaster. He has too many patients and not enough time to see a patient. He doesn't let the patient talk and wants to schedule many appointment for separate issues. He doesn't show any eye contact, he doest give you enough time, lacks communication and literally did my breathing check on 3 seconds. How is that possible? The clinic has a receptionist who is also a medical assistant. So the service isn't good either. The clinic never updates contact or privacy information with their patients. I would NEVER recommend going to him.

Dr. Ekladious is extremely professional. Follows-up on test results within a couple of days, forwards to specialists quickly when needed. There is an in house pharmacy and blood collection as well which makes everything simple and fast.

Dr. Ekladious was extremely rude and incompetent. I went there to receive a vaccination which should’ve only taken 30 minutes maximum but took over an hour due to their inability to read a letter and my records. He seemed extremely rushed and didn’t listen to his patient. He tried giving me the wrong vaccine which I didn’t need, even after showing him my records and the letter that displays which one I actually need. He finally gave me the correct vaccine after I called Peel Health and had them talk to him. Would not recommend coming here and would rate 0 stars if I could!!

Very disappointed with the service over time. I never get any reply on time from the clinic. My voice mails are never replied & every time I call the clinic they never receive my calls. Whenever I try to communicate with the doctor via phone either the line gets disconnected or I cant hear the doctor speaking. Also I have felt that I am not allowed to ask even relevant questions to the doctor and he doesn't give any time for explaining anything. I have even felt that they hung up the phone several times in the past. Last time when I went for an in person visit for my son, I tried to address my concerns but the receptionist was too rude & harsh & was trying to blame me for the current situation.
