Alex is awesome. Extremely talented. So happy I was recommended to him for my branding / logo / product label designing needs. We went back and forth a million times and he was always welcoming and understanding and able to decode my many edit requests. I wish I could give you 5 stars, I really do. I am a long-time instagram follower and fan of your prints. I ordered prints before Christmas, was impressed with the response time over DMs, was told my order would be shipped within the week or so. I didn't expect anything speedy because of Christmas. Fast forward almost a month later and no updates sent my way RE: my order. Sent a DM over instagram to see where the order was standing. Read, no response. Sent an email. No response. Tried to call the shop during business hours. No answer. Had to file a dispute through paypal - Midnight Oil did not respond to the paypal dispute. I get you are a small business owner, you're basically working solo and you're busy. If you cannot find the time to check your messages and respond to paying customers, you need to consider having someone come in and do casual administrative or social media management for you. Not a good experience for me, I'm really disappointed. I wanted to resolve my issues with Midnight Oil because I love his work and wanted those prints. Would not buy from here again or recommend to friends unfortunately.

They made wedding invitations and the quality was top notch. Feeling confident with my previous experience, I ordered shirts for my 30+ employees and they were done very quick, true to size and the printing was very high quality!I can’t say enough good things!Highly recommend
