Trojan Collision Services Ltd

I rarely write anything negative about any business, but I have to say that today’s experience with Trojan was far less than ideal. I booked an appointment to estimate a fix to a shoddy damage repair (not trojan collision’s work) with about a 2-week wait time. Stated at the time of the appointment booking that it was non-icbc work and that the job was to repair poor workmanship from another collision contractor. The 2-week wait to see someone is not a big deal to me at all, but when I arrived for my estimate, after having taken time off work at a personal loss, my estimator declined to offer an estimate stating they don’t repair shoddy paintwork. I mean, they’ll fix and paint a smashed all to heck car, but not a bad paintjob? Strange thing about it is that I have been to two other collision repair centers who didn’t seem to think it was much to repair the damage. So it sure leaves a guy wondering if all of this could have been avoided if you had just stated up-front when I called in 2-weeks prior that you weren’t interested in the job. That would have been just fine by me, and it might seem minor to you guys at trojan collision, but it’s never fun losing money because others don’t value your time. The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed our issues and gave us a realistic timeline for repairs. I will be returning there for any further assistance

Good quality repairs and they got us OEM parts for the same price as aftermarket. That being said a couple things could've been done to go above and beyond our expectations, but sadly they were not. Also we waited much longer than we should have(over a month) for a confirmation call to book a date and had to call in to find out confirmation was already given and had ask for a booking. Stay on them for best results.

I had a repair to the front end of my car. Scott went above and beyond in assisting me and walking me through everything. He also assisted me in a problem that had occurred at the dealership over a maintenance item. The ladies in the office were very efficient and pleasant to deal with alsoWhen I picked up my vehicle it had been beautifully fixed and Detailed. On initial drop off a rental car was brought to me from Enterprise and I kept the rental until my vehicle was ready toPick up, at which time I dropped off the rental car at Trojan. The whole thing was seamless and I was very impressed and happy with the result.

Damian and staff were awesome to deal with! Very pleased with the workmanship, highly recommend.

Took my car to Trojan after being vandalized. Absolutely amazed at the level of care, for both me and my car. They set up my rental, told me 5 business days and had it done in that time frame. 100% would recommend to anybody in need of repairs. Thank you Trojan, my baby looks amazing again!!!!
