We never had Such a bad customer service like this before. We went to get a pair of shoes for my son. While we were taking the measurements they were laughing and talking behind us. My son is just 5 year old and he never worked in a shoes store to know how to take the measurements and all. Store people supposed to help the customers instead of laughing and commenting on their customers. I will never ever recommend anybody going there.

There were around 15 employees in this store, a small store. The majority of them were goofing off like hanging around with their friends. The people there were not professional. The employees look and act like ex-cons and just got released from prison not too long ago. The clothes in the shop have brand name clothing, brands that have their own stores in the same mall. Not too many sales on items. Not recommend shopping there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service I got from both Kion and Topa. Those guys were kind, friendly, and patient. I'm on a tight budget so I couldn't get shoes from here, but I would if I could. 5/5 will come back.

I can't speak for how the store is usually run, but we had a good experience shopping here today. One employee (I believe he was the manager on the floor this afternoon) was very helpful in assisting my husband in finding a pair of shoes for our son. At first, another team member was unable to find the right size in the back due to the shoes being misplaced, but the manager did another thorough check and was able to find the correct size. With some mall stores, it can sometimes be hit or miss if employees decide to go the extra mile to help you find what you need, so I was surprised at the effort made to help us make our purchase.

Something funny happened to me in the store today. Me and my wife went in the store. I was carrying some bags purchased from different store, I literally caught this employee sneaking behind me checking whats inside my bags like I would steal something from the store. So I ask the employee, Can I help you?" He didn't answer me rather he gavel me a scowl like I asked him a weird question. I don't know what kind of training this store provides to their employees

Didn't have a good time here. My younger bro was trying on a hoodie but the associate who was helping us I think her name was skyler or something, was showing a lot of attitude. She totally killed the mood.

Attempted to make an exchange for different sizes of T shirts with the receipt but the tags were not attached. Purchase was only 4 days ago and shirts were clearly unworn. Male Manager was extremely rude about situation and said if I go anywhere else they wouldn’t exchange either. Went to Upper Canada Mall where extremely kind woman manager gave me a full refund since sizes I needed weren’t in stock with NO persuasion necessary.

Location isn't great, got 4 of the guy employees just standing around right in front of the nike wall chatting like there sitting at a bar, dropping many inappropriate word infront of my kids. After waiting to see if any of them would acknowledge me or any other customers and move out of the way or ask if they could find a size for us I just walked out. Ended up buying the jordan 1s and 5s I went in for at JD sports instead.
