Staff is not helpful. Very few cashiers still care about customer service, I have had a couple toss my food aside after ringing it in. Security spends more time on their phones than actually doing anything. Sadly this location has gone way downhill.

Poor customer service. Poor quality produce, rotting food with flies. I got the necessary items and left without a few due to quality. Upon price matching a few items, the cashier price matched it wrong. When I asked about it she became unpleasant and started making unnecessary remarks about the price differences. I informed her it’s the store policy, and ignored me and started serving other customers. I informed the store manager as it seems she was inadequately trained to deal with resolution and had extremely poor customer service. He was no better and just stated he’d talk to her. I hope Freshco does better with quality and staff training going forward. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I can get quality produce and proper customer service.

Went in to check my gift card balance, and decided to grab a snack, went to check out and none 9f the checkouts are wheelchair accessable, i asked 1 wheelchair user how she gets out she said i dont know, and rolled away, i put my snack back 1 worker did offer to open the enterance door but it would not open, no 1 would help, i was there for almost 90 minutes unable to get out, my friend called i was clearly upset and shaken, he asked what store i was at i told him, he then callled the store and the manager came very soon after and he forced the door open, all i got was A sorry for that" i had even told him i put my snack back. I wont go back there

I’m shopping from this FreshCo always. Good for selection of groceries and international foods. Every week specials offers are available for almost all sections. But I noticed some kind of bad practice…Recently they started giving customers reusable small carry bags for 25 cents and big bags for 99 cents instead of giving the plastic bags for 10 cent. Whenever I asked for plastic bags, the cashiers always says now plastic bags are not available in the store. It’s been stopping from few months back.I appreciate the effort for taking plastic away, good approach. But it should not be like this way like hiding bags and cheating customers.You should be remorse and shame on telling lies to the customers and making this cheap tricks get few cents from those who shops in your store everyday. They are hiding all these bags below cash counters. And when reusable bags are finish, they will start taking plastic bags to customers.I had noticed this here several times.Please find the attached pictures of hidden plastic bag underneath of cash counters.I don’t know who’s behind this dirty idea, it’s really shameful and dirty play with the customers.Shame on you Freshco, shame on you Sobyes…

The quality has dropped badly! The products in produce is just not good at all. I purchased bag of potatoes and thankfully I opened them as soon as I got home because they were all rancid and turned moldy. And fruits in the photos shows it. I usually keep the bag unopened but that would have made it even worse for other produce around it. With prices going so high!!! Is the quality we are expecting now. Store is maintained fine for cleanliness and staff is very polite but quality is dropping day by day!

Yesterday I had an experience. I went to this FreshCo and bought two 100 gram packets of cardamom seeds. When I opened one of the packets I didn’t get any smell of cardamom. Once I ground it I got some kind of black and white powder without any smell or taste. There was no trace of even one grain of cardamom. The interesting part is that these were packaged in Mississauga, our CANADA, for Sobeys Inc. One thing very commendable is that those who did it did not spray any cardamom cent on them which could have caused food poisoning.I took the cardamom packets back to FreshCo today and the cashier was very courteous who returned my money with an apology.It is the responsibility of the management to ensure the integrity, genuineness, and quality of the product they sell.

This freshco seems to always have the same items on sale as needed on my list, fair prices and many open tills with cashiers available from open to close, 7 days a week.

We came to London for a provincial soccer tournament . We were in such a hurry at halftime to get fresh fruit for the teams !! The staff helped us choose , box and hurry through the cash ! And even carry to the car ! Can’t thank everyone enough for your help !! Kids really appreciated your efforts!! Thanks so much !!

EDIT after years I decided to go back and give it another shot. Shelves are empty, store is dirty, cashier did not so much as say “hello” there was mouldy food on the shelf. I ended up buying the very few things I needed for tonight and will go shopping elsewhere tomorrow.If I could leave zero stars I would. I have had terrible experiences with cashiers that talk to their friends and pay no attention to the customers and still kept shopping in the store. I have received sour milk the past three times I have purchased it from the store as well as rotten fruits. I finally left a complaint informing management of these issues as well as a few that my sister has recently had and the manager from the store called me and was extremely rude to me. First he suggested that my milk went bad because I walk home (I do not walk home I drive, and even if I did walk home that should not be enough time to make your groceries go bad) and when I informed him that I drive and that is not the cause, he laughed and told me I am the only person with a problem. I had been very friendly with him until he laughed at me and then I told him he was rude and hung up. Don’t shop here if you want fresh groceries
