I come in once every month and always get friendly service. Sometimes it's busy so you have a bit of a wait but most times it's not busy at all. Today was a little busy but I still got the same friendly service. In fact Today they went above in their service to me. On my way out the door I accidentally dropped my spouse's strawberry parfeit and they politely cleaned up the mess then they message a new one. They then went above and beyond by bringing it out to the car without asking me. I must say I wish I had the lady's name so that I can inform her boss of the exception job that she is doing.

Food tastes good if it's actually made to the correct order. Every time I come here something is screwed up with the order.I'm not sure if it's management or just employees that don't care at all.My suggestion is hire someone that's older than 16 to work there.Just an absolute joke every single time.Ordered two 1/3lb burgers clearly said no tomato and even saw it on the cash display. Drove away. Opened a box. Tomato on the burger. And both burgers were 1/2lb not 1/3 as ordered.

This DQ always delivers excellent service. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the place is very clean. Always get an ice cream cake for my 91-year-old mama’s special occasions. She loves them!

Lately there has been issues with length of time waiting to order either in the D/T or at the counter. The quality of the ice cream seems to have declined. It used to be thick and stay frozen, but it melts so fast on the cones that it’s dripping by the time you get it. I know a few people that have had similar experiences and feel the same about length of time to be served. It seems that new staff or not that customers are not a priority at this location. I hope that this improves as I know that this is a busy location and that the summer is coming.

Went last night for ice cream and the young man who served us was really nice, professional and friendly. Even though he was cleaning and getting the restaurant ready to close, he had no issues stopping what he was doing to serve us with a smile.on his face.

Average food unfortunately. Everything looks great but is definitely lacking taste. Staff was good and speed was decent. Drive thru speaker was quite crackly so had to listen very carefully.

Charged $10.40 for this meal- 6PC chicken bites, small fries, sauce on side. Not worth buying. Don't listen to the grandiose ads. It tastes like boiled chicken breast and smothered with sauce. Disappointed with this visit.
