Vivianna and her team are amazing!!! I got a facial with Micheala and it was fantastic!!! The level of professionalism is superb and I am huge on customer service. I will definitely be going back in the near future. I am already looking forward to my next treatements.

This is my second time here and once again I was spoiled! This is a MUST stop if you’re looking for some self care and the staff are the best while in Ottawa!!! Michela was my main treatement provider today and she was awesome! Can’t wait for my next visit.

Michela was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment quickly and she did a great job. She did a facial, massage and pedi for me and it was heaven. I'm visiting but will definitely keep her in mind when I am back in Ottawa again.

I won a half day at the spa (for one) at a local art auction so I brought my sister and we had a great time!Staff were excellent, kind, informative. I had no concerns at all about treatment while I was there.The reason I give 4 stars is that I’ve had my nails done quite a few times in the past year due to many events… this is the only time out of many events that my nails just simply didn’t last. I had shellac done and it really didn’t last a week before starting to peel. It started looking so crazy while on vacation that I just scraped it off, eep. Im also way harder on my hands while at work than vacation so I wouldn’t have expected such a problem at all.It totally might be a fluke, but I was sad I didn’t have my cute pink nails for my Costa Rica trip. Oh well I’ll live and my toenails were still a nice blue (normal polish). =)Back to my regular lady for mani pedi for me.

Vivianna Day Spa were able to accommodate my last minute same-day booking for a 90 massage session and were helpful throughout.A special thank you to Michela for the professional and kind session. Michela went out of her way to recommend next best steps in alleviating my muscle tensions.

Okay this review is definitely a long time coming! I've been going for 8 years (unless travelling) and Vivianna is like home away from home each time. She is as flexible as possible, always finds a fair solution and the waxing is number one. Saw Naqia for valentine's day this year also and she did hours of pampering for me. Thank you times a million to the staff here I feel amazing!

Where to start !Pristine level of service there is great communication between Viviana and her staff. In the last two years I’ve attended this spa I have never experienced my appointment being pushed back or asked to reschedule.Cancelling policy is lenient if there is a valid reason.Viviana has always been present she is very collaborative with all her staff and invested in her clientele. She is respectful and informative regarding her process.I have received both waxing and facial. Both give AMAZING results all staff go out of their way to have a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction. all staff are trained well I can trust anyone to do my facial.Like most spas a selection of products which are used in the services are offered. I was very pleased to see the products offered at this spa are high quality with rich ingredients and imported from Switzerland !! I was hesitant at first but picked up a tinted sun screen which has worked wonders for me.Location is convenient and facility is kept clean and exudes a level of comfort and relaxation for visitors to enjoy.

Have been a client for over a decade. Always amazing service. Vivianna goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Her whole team is always kind and talented.
