We had a safety done on a vintage bike here. It was done in a reasonable time and everything was gone over with us during the process. We didn’t have to wait months for an appointment like many other shops. I definitely recommend them.

I pick up a new transporter 2022 December 2021, it was my dream machine. I notice the throttle being stiff and very sensitive. Going through the brake in period, why should I be questioning Yamaha, the performance was amazing.This March 2023 I called quad expert for a professional opinion, this machine only had 730 km. They went beyond effort and hour to fine-tune it, Yamaha provided a different throttle kit. I had a good chat with the owner and all at no cost to the client. Even my warranty was over by 3 months. Thank you quad expert.

I just want to thank everyone at Quad Expert for my first, but not last, experience with them. I've got an 04 ZZR600 that they put a lot of time and effort into. They fixed some oil leaks, tuned up the carburetor plus a resync, and threw on some fresh new tires.Kevin from the service department was my main point of contact and he was kept me up to date on everything, always responded when I sent a message or called, and was a joy to work with.You get a 5 star rating for the experience. You can count on it that I'll be back!

They say if you want to get a divorce, buy a dirt bike. Well, I was proactive and married one before buying another. ;)But seriously, I can't thank Mark & Cassandra enough, along with the entire crew at Quad Expert. I got back into dirt biking after a long break from road riding, and I'm so glad I did. However, I initially started with a bike that wasn't a good match for me. Mark quickly rectified that when I visited Quad Expert for the first time. He helped me get my perfect enduro bike (Beta XTrainer 300cc), and a few weeks later, I picked up yet another one.I have a lot of toys, but for a woman, shopping for them can often be discouraging. That wasn't the case at Quad Expert. In fact, their sales manager is a young woman who used to race.The owner personally prepared my bike to ensure I could have it before the weekend when the mechanics were unavailable.I've never had so much fun buying anything before. Quad Expert made it an unforgettable experience, and getting the right bikes has been one of the highlights of my life. I also purchased a Yamaha outboard, and that was another super easy transaction.I also want to mention that Quad Expert is one of the rare places that won't try to upsell you or sell you something that isn't right for you. When I wanted to get a second bike that Mark believed wasn't suitable for me, he stood his ground. Instead of making a quick sale, he chose not to sell the bike that was not the best fit for me. I left without spending my money that day. A few weeks later, I came back, and we settled on a second bike that was a perfect fit for me (small bore playful Beta RR).Many thanks to the entire Quad Expert crew!

First time I bring my 1700 Yamaha Special Edition Roadstar to Quad and right from my initial phone call in Kevin provided a real professional serviixe over the phone understanding my issues and providing possible solutions. Once agreed the service was completed as advised stayed in contact with me wih updates . Work was completed in a quick manner and my bike ride is awesome. I recomend Quad Expert to anyone that wishes to have a proper service completed professionally on their bike..thanks to Kevin and the team who worked on my bike it runs awesome !

I had a multitude of things serviced on my bike so I made a handful of visits, top notch courtesy every time. Kevin was great at letting me know the maximum of days the work could take but then also getting it done way earlier then expected. All around great experience.

From the beginning to the end the staff were exceptional - I was in a bind and need a new outboard - the staff at Quad Expert did everything they could to help - I was so happy to buy my new engine from them. I will certainly be a repeat customer and highly recommend you give them a visit.

Recently purchased a new Wolverine from Quad Expert. Dealt with Vickie somewhat and she was great to deal with. I dealt mostly with Cassandra who knocked it out of the park. Quick responses to my inquiries and just plain great customer service. Highly recommend.
