First time went there since closer to my house.. they don't have batter packing or box .. lady advise we can try dollar store they have nice stuff.. come on lady you have jewelry shope you charging people if Dollar store can carry why you don't.

The worst place to buy gold. The family who owns this shop really need to work on their customer service skills. They don’t give you rates according to the market. I bought a necklace and it broke in a week. I went back to them to fix it and the old lady was trying to charge me $50. I told them that i bought it a week ago. The lady was very rude. When i asked her the rate of necklace if i wanna sell she told me $500 less than the market price. Horrible experience

Amazing prices with a lot of respect. Dealing with Sunny made everything so easy. I went in to buy a ring for my fiancé and I had no idea what to get and Sunny was so easy to deal with. I spent almost 2 hours and not once he got frustrated. He is great with explaining everything. He took his time and made sure I was happy at the end. He called me the next day just to make sure if I’m still satisfied or if I have any other questions. Amazing customer service. Keep up the amazing work.
