I worked for Dirt Pro for couple of years, I left on my own accord to go back to school. My most notable experience was working in Field, B.C. and a family member had passed away suddenly. The CEO and supervisor were very understanding, paid me for the work week and let me leave to be with my family.Besides a high quality work environment, Dirt Pro does very good work, and they teach you well. WE built a new house 2 years ago and used dirtpro for excavation, retaining walls, driveway and landscape prep, etc. Everything went really well. However, a few months after they had finished one of the retaining walls (80' x 3' tall) had a 20' section in the middle sag about 4. They were busy on other jobs at the time and agreed to come back and repair the wall at a later date. The wall is at the back of the house so not easily noticeable. I wasn't to worried about it and figured they would never come back to fix it (and I didn't feel like chasing another contractor to come fix work!). Here's the GREAT part...almost 2 years after they had left they called me and said they had a break in their schedule and would like to schedule time to fix the wall. Not only did they fix the wall (3 days work) but they went the extra mile and finished a 60 foot section of narrow sideyard that I hadn't gotten to yet. (that saved me $$$ and a couple days back breaking labour) Very impressive above-and-beyond service! Happy to always recommend them and use them on our next job."
