Gina was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I can say that I will definitely be calling again for help with my furnace as Reliance was neither very helpful with the frequency of the maintenance program nor were they very attentive with their customer service. I called for maintenance on my furnace as I was told they would take care of all maintenance on the furnace when i purchased a new one and they could only give me an appointment 60 days afterwards. I had to call Envirofilters to switch out my filter, which Reliance said they would be taking care of as part of the maintenance program but the customer service said they would only cover once/year, even though the filters need changing every 4-6 months. Buyer beware. Anyways, Envirofilter, great service!

The staffs, Sara and Ashley, are both knowledgeable, courteous, patient and they took care of all my concerns. The products are also of high quality and are designed to fit my furnace and humidifier. Case in point is my humidifier filter 16 in length and is sold only at Envirofilters - Furnace Filter King. The store is easy to find with lots of free parking. My experience at the store was both educational and enjoyable. The price may be higher than those in other stores

I had a very positive experience here. They had all of the parts I requested and Gina spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in person explaining exactly what I needed and how often maintenance needed to be done. When I went in to pick up the parts, she showed me exactly how installation is done on the model in the showroom. Would highly recommend for any homeowner who needs to do basic maintenance on their furnace.

I called to order new air filters for our Bosch air handler unit and spoke with Ashley C. who was a wealth of knowledge! We knew very little about this unit as we were used to natural gas furnaces in the past. In my brief conversation with her, I learned so much about how the unit works and most importantly how to do regular maintenance to ensure all works efficiently. This information we did not receive upon taking possession of the house. I am so grateful for Ashley taking the time to talk and answer my questions! Great customer service!!
