This location has treated me wit the utmost respect and kindness throughout the experience. The worker names Gulshan provided such care and even helped me out with some water in the times most needed after my fast. Food was made quick and tasted exceptional. Very satisfied with experience. very bad, it only has a very tiny portion of meat, and way too much souce in the plate. The price list says 15.99, but i was charged 19.99.I ordered chicken and beff plate at around 5 pm on april 16, Long.

Zero star . I grab chicken on rocks was very old for days sitting there. Rice not cooked and hard old . Cheken taste old. Waste of money to go here.

The food is excellent (if you like shawarma) and the place is clean and tidy. The best part about this place is the staff. Dealt with a man called Guthshan who was positively lovely. All the staff I met there were hard workers and friendly.

Ordered Chicken on the rocks with the medium spice and it was way too spicy for me.When I told the staff about it, they claimed that I asked for it. I've been to other Osmows locations and I know what medium spice level is.The staff claimed that their hot sauce is spicier than other locations, which doesn't make sense as it defeats the purpose of the franchise.After arguing for a few minutes, they eventually gave me a refund which was good.

Chicken was very fresh, rice was a little under seasoned and the sauces were a bit runny and in less quantity, however, flavours were great.Owner checked on us periodically asking about the food and service was very fast. Restaurant is also very clean as well.

I got beef and chicken shawarma warp about 12 dollars, including tax. Portion was good enough for me, and hot sauce was really spicy for me.
