Nancy at GL Stone & Tile is amazing! We were so thrilled with the selection of tiles, the service we received from Nancy as we had a short time line to purchase and pick up the tile and she was able to accommodate our needs and wish list and found the perfect tile in stock from their warehouse to fit our wish list perfectly! Shocked that when my wife went to return some excess marble tile today GL would not allow it because it was a bit over the 30 days. Interesting because our next purchase there was intended to be much bigger. Now we know they won’t be reasonable with customers in the small things so why would we trust them with bigger things? This is on top of the tile costing 10% more than a competitor. Obviously I know where not to shop going forward and suggest others consider this as well. To the manager - consider the above and please treat your next customers better if you want long term business.

The management does not take any accountability for their inadequate training. Asking for help or asking questions , you are given a sarcastic or negative answer. Many things I had to learn on my own as the manager is very confrontational and unprofessional. I was given an old computer that was very slow and often times crashed. Despite this I was still expected to work quickly and meet deadlines. This place is a very toxic and unprofessional work environment. I would not recommend it to anyone who is seeking long term employment.
