An extremely professional individual. The work by Just in Time speaks for itself, I have worked with him on multiple occasions and I am never disappointed with his work. I will not switch my plumbing/heating company, even if it means waiting for his expertise to fit his schedule. He has helped me out of several jams and is always very accommodating. Expectations are always exceeded.

Had an erratic problem with our furnace which required a few visits to finally solve. Was charged only 1 service call - the remaining visits Justin came as soon as possible until the problem was resolved.Excellent service and a very dedicated tradesman. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend Justin.

Had AC and furnace installed quickly as we were renonovating. Justine was great to work with! highly recommend him.

I am disappointed in Justin. He worked in a major household renovation for me. The actual plumbing seems acceptable. However, the damages he incurred in his hurry to get things done were problematic.New flooring was ripped; the holes drilled in my new kitchen cabinets look like they were carved with a butter knife; my new bathtub is full of scratches; and little, actually no clean up was performed. When confronted about the damages he was defensive and threatening. I had to ask him to leave.Later Justin did give me a $100 discount to fix the floor - nothing for the cabinets and no apology whatsoever. I was willing to let bygones be bygones, in order to finish the renovation, but his sour attitude ended in me dismissing him.

Justin has always been very professional, well organized and responds in a timely manner. He has done small and large jobs in our home and has went above and beyond what he is asked to do. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
