Melinda at Richmond Vancouver location was amazing. I had a flat tire and needed my car right away. She went out of her way to squeeze my car in between appointments and I was able to get my tire replaced the next day. She was also so friendly and hospitable. I’ve never received such good service from any tire customer service before

The staff and service here have always been great! Had a issue with my TPMS for a while that couldn't be figured out and got a bit frustrating. However, the last time I brought my car in, Melinda and the team were able to figure it out quickly and it hasn't been a problem since.Have purchased multiple sets of tires from them as well and have always been happy with my purchase. I recommend this Kal Tire to anyone looking for new tires!

I was treated with respect and everyone was very kind. I was checked on while waiting to ensure I needed nothing and both me and my dog were made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was happy to recieve a Military discount as well. I would definitely recommend Kal Tire!!

Had my truck at the dealer and they mentioned I may need a wheel alignment as the tires were feathering. I decided to take it into Kal Tire for the wheel alignment. I took it in and was called back about 30 minutes later and they told me that the lower ball joints on right and left side needed replacing and they could not do the wheel alignment.I decided to get a second opinion on this as my truck has less than 80,000km's. I took it to a shop in Richmond mentioning that I needed the lower ball joints replaced on both sides, so they ordered them in. I took it in today and about 45 minutes later I got a call saying there is nothing wrong with the ball joints. They scheduled a wheel alignment with another local shop who had no issue doing the wheel alignment and the toe was out on one wheel which they fixed.Will never be going back to Kal Tire after this experience. If you just need tires it may be OK but if they start mentioning other things that need to be done I would get a second opinion.

I’ve had nothing but amazing service here. BUT today was the absolute worst. This guy at the front cut me off mid-sentence to tell me they didn’t have time to do anything extra cause they closed at 5:00.I was 10 minutes late due to rush hour Vancouver traffic which I called to let them know in advance but I will own that. However, what I was going to say was they needed to look into my account cause I owed them extra money for storing my tires many seasons in a row…Absolute jerk. I’ve been a client for YEARS!Huge clarifier. He is the problem. Not the service. Not the other staff.Get him gone guys. I see other negative reviews because of him. One bad apple will take you down.Worst experience.

Had my car in for a tire rotation and a brake check. Work was done promptly and I was notified that I could pick up my car. Only thing that kept them from getting a 5* rating is that they never recorded results of brake check on my 'no charge' invoice!

We found a major gouge in one of the front tires of our heavy duty work truck. After calling our usual Kal Tire location we found out tires that size are only available from heavy duty tire shops. I was referred to Kal Tire Richmond and spoke with Taylor, not only did he have our tires in stock, when I told him the circumstances he said bring it in now and we’ll get you fixed up right away. I Went there immediately and within an hour had the damaged tires swapped out with a brand new set of Bridgestones and I was back on the road, barely any downtime. Great service, professional results, no wonder they’re the biggest and most successful tire company around.

Scott and Cole were absolutely stellar with their help over the weekend. Had to get some new tires when we switched out the winter rubber. They got me an appointment right away with a great price and super fast service. Will be coming back in the future.

I had an excellent experience purchasing and installing 4 new all-weather tires at Kal Tire Richmond. The service was very professional. The process was smooth, timely, and efficient - even when the tires had to be shipped from a warehouse in Alberta. Special mention to Rob the Manager, who really went out of his way to provide customers with a top notch experience. He is very conscious and respectful of your time. I will keep coming back here. I have been recommending all my friends to go to Kal Tire ever since.
