Very happy with my new walk in tub,work was done right and on time .Any time I needed some answers regarding the new tub Bruce Perkins is more than willing to help .

This Company was extremely good at the demolition part and there the story ends. I was left with and entire bathroom in disarray. Unfortunately the term Bruce used was my guys are Miracle workers". Unfortunately that was not the case.In this time of Covid

We went with this company first of all from the very informative presentation without any high pressure sales. Also we were very happy with the complete installation in 1 day with no clean up for us to do when they were finished. We have enjoyed our tub immensely since the finished job. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with honest loyal, Canadian as well as a British Columbian Company. Shopping local is very satisfying.

I am just thrilled with my new Panama walk-in tub! I can now enjoy bathing again with no fears while getting in and out independently. This new tub fit exactly into my standard tub space, looking like it was made just for that location. Dealing with Fraser Valley Walk-In Tubs was a very positive and enjoyable experience and the installers were fantastic. Anything moved bringing the tub in was replaced exactly as found within minutes and everything was left clean and tidy. They worked extremely well together and the installation was finished the same day. It is great to be doing business with a local company with made-in Canada products The tub also comes with an excellent warranty. I highly recommend Fraser Valley Walk-In Tubs. Great people and great products.

I just had the best experience with these folks at Walk-in Tubs Fraser Valley.From Bruce who came to get me signed up to Dylan who stepped in for Bruce when he was away, to the Vancouver Island installers, Don and John it was seamless. I am waiting another day to give the sealant time to cure before the best part..the inaugural bath. They are a great team.Thanks…They are just starting installing on Vancouver Island so keep them busy!

ReviewWe were very satisfied with Bruce and Walk-in Tubs. Bruce and his team made a couple of visits to measure, advise, and recommend what should be done (the walk-in was straight-forward but the new, larger shower was more complicated). Considering delays primarily caused by Covid, the waiting period was reasonable. The team did an excellent job removing the existing tub and shower and cleaned up the bathroom very well, both before and after the new tub and shower were installed. The painter did a good job plastering, sanding, painting, replacing some floor tiles, putting up the towel rack, etc.Throughout, Bruce was very prompt to return a phone call or to come over if needed, or if we had any questions. The cost was reasonable as was the payment arrangement. We are very happy with our new ensuite and would , based on our experience, definitely recommend Bruce and Walk-in tubs Fraser Valley.

Bruce installed a walk-in bathtub for us. I am very satisfied with the tub and they way the crew installed it and how it looks in our bathroom. They were polite and efficient. The bathtub is just what I wanted.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and work ethics of Bruce Perkins and his plumbers and electrician. The whole process of getting a walk-in tub installed in my condo master bathroom took one day and went very smoothly. I am the first owner in my condo building to have a walk-in tub installed. The Strata Council was very impressed with how quickly Bruce Perkins responded to their questions before approving my request to have this upgrade done.The plumbers, Rolf and Rick, worked very closely with our caretaker who was responsible for turning off the water. They removed the two bedroom doors in order to squeeze the tub through into the bathroom and were quick to share that any damage to the door frames would be repaired. The next day, I received a call from the person who is coming to do some minor repairs. The plumbers did a very good job of installing the tub and cleaning up the worksite.Willey, the electrician and his helper did a great job and were very willing to also repair a light switch that provided light to my bathroom, free of charge.I would highly recommend Walk-In Tubs of Fraser Valley. I am very happy with the results. As a senior with mobility issues, I am really enjoying the tub and all its special features - heated hot air jets and seat back, hand-held shower wand and safety features (grab bars, slip-resistant textured floor and outward-swinging door).

Hello, I am writing this review on behalf of my Grandma. My Grandma Beryl just had her tub installed on Thursday / Friday, she is very satisfied with how everything turned out. The work was done to perfection, the installers were very professional and did a superb job. My grandma has absolutely no complaints, she is a very satisfied customer and we will reccommend this company to others.Thank you for the great job!
