I was so disappointed by the service. I paid $3.54 for a large drink. When it came to the window, i asked if i could have it filled. I was told no, this is how it is measured. It wasnt a full cup. Why wouldnt you want to serve a full cup if someone pays for it and makes a point of pointing out that you arent really serving them a full drink. I dont eat any food from Tim Hortons either. Everything tasted and smells the same, like the cardboard it is all shipped in. The coffee gives you heart palpitations if you drink it for too long.

So disappointed yet again. I would give ZERO stars if I could! Why are they cheap and only give 1/2 a Bun for a Large Chile & it says 1 & 1/2 buns on the screen!! I got TWO CHILIS & two 1/2 BUNS!!!! How hard is it to read that!! I even asked for extra butter & only got 1/2 an effin bun!! Can’t go back because rushing to an appointment in Saskatoon!! Please learn to FILL an ORDER correctly or just clean up!!I rushed during lunch to buy my sis who’s in hospital & myself lunch. They messed up my order & I was at work when I saw, I paid for one lg & one med Chili & one lg & one 1/2 bun & they made both chilies & both buns 1/2 a bun!! How disappointing when I get back to work & realize I paid for more than they gave me & no time to go straighten it out!!!! How hard is it to get a written order right!?!? The service is fast so maybe take a breath, slow down a tad & get the orders right! This is not the first time my order has gotten messed up too.

I will give 0 if I can . I always go for steep tea at night , but the guy in the drive thru he always mix steep tea with the coffee , I don’t know why he do this , and it happened with me every time.

I knew this place had a bad reputation but.. when I ask for certain donuts to be left out of the 50 pack.. I literally mean it. So don't be spiteful and make it 50% my entire box. What a waste of 10 freaking bucks.

Worst Tim Hortons in whole canada…never go to this location its hell…employees are full with ego….if you can’t work just go to home don’t show your attitude to the customers.you are getting paid for your service not for your ego.Asked for vegetarian wrap gave me the chicken one and i asked to give me the new one and refused me and said pay me the money for the another one…..you guys don’t deserve to be here

They don't tell you they've switched ingredients in the sandwich, then when asked to remake it, they gave me a sandwich with bad lettuce, and rudely asked for my covid rest by yelling at from across the restaurant to show it to them.

Fast service as usual, it's like that's the priority over all. I couldn't even finish looking through the muffins and goodies displayed in front of me without being rushed, called on to make my order or asked what I was ordering. Yes I understand ppl want quick service but not all ppl want that. I would like the service to be helpful, patient, polite and efficient without the super duper speedy server treatment at every establishment. Theeeee best coffee for sure but slow down sometimes.....

Ridiculous experience at drive thru. Asked the window person to stir the well, after the payment done. Window person started talk with coffee person in their own language. Making a joke on customers as he asked to stir the coffee well. When customer asked for his coffee person who was working on window said just wait we are still stirring your coffee and again both of them start laughing. After handling the coffee that boy asked us would you like to try your coffee here then again laughed at customer. This way of serving is totally unexpected.
