Very friendly staff, surprisingly wide selection of food. Prices are higher so I avoid buying certain things, but it's really convenient and often worth paying for that convenience. There are no other really close walking distance super markets in this dead area of Oak. Really love that they are open most days until 11pm.

Honestly one if the best family owned small grocery shops in Vancouver I am sure. There is a great selection of everything you need with excellent quality. The prices can be a little high but so are the prices of most grocery stores in Vancouver. I am so grateful Sunshine Market is in my neighborhood.

Nice little hidden gem, the local neighborhood now it is there. Never had a bad sandwich there. Made fresh plus more and they do have some seating. Always look forward to going when I have a chance to go

A reasonably-priced family-owned shop with a good selection to suit most tastes (including a small but good selection of Indian food).Their covid protocols are very good and I will not forget the day last year when they had to shut down - I'm tearing up a little bit as I remember this - the owners and employees went around the neighborhood to give away all the perishable stock.I'd rather pay slightly more to this neighborhood shop than pay slightly less to the big supermarket up the street.Because: Neighbors.

The prices are quite steep, so it's generally only worth it when I forget something from Meinhardt or Save-On & need to get it quickly. They've got a huge selection of baking supplies & cheeses, though—considerably larger than Meinhardt & even rivalling Save-On.

I only shop here for produce if desperate as prices are high as if they were selling organic. They are no Choices or Whole Foods but prices are similar. Over priced for what it is. The almond milk was $6.99 while at No Frills same brand/size is $3.97 and at Safeway 4.99.

Nice people but everything is EXTREMELY expensive, up to double the usual price. I guess it's because this is mostly a rich neighbourhood, but some working-class people live in the area. I stay nearby sometimes and ordering delivery is still cheaper than buying at Sunshine.

Clean and well supplied. Some things are more expensive than the grocery store but that is expected of course but they always have something on sale for a good price. Always. The veggies I buy here always last. They have hand sanitizer right in the veggie section and encourage patrons to use it. Love all of the cashiers, so friendly. My fav local corner store for sure!
