I used Unite Communications from 2014 until 2019 when I was in need of a virtual number for my clients to call on me without giving out my personal cell number. It worked very very well and any messages created from unanswered calls were quickly routed to my email. This was a very good solution for me and I suspect for many people. It was also very affordable and billing was easy with a credit card on file with them. Good company, first rate product and service which I would recommend to anyone.

We tried to work with them for a while. It takes ages(3-4 days) before someone gets back to you, when there is a problem. Which happened around every 4 weeks or when they do an update. I know two more businesses who use them-same problem-constantly. Very unprofessional conduct especially from Peter and Brian. Doesn't help that Brian is the owner who takes no responsibility for his staff nor his mistakes. We changed finally to OOMA. No problems any more. 24h service and lower price for better service and more time to actually do my work and not running after the phone company.

I work for a very busy specialist's doctor's office in West Vancouver and we've used Unite's services for faxing since day #1 and it has been seamless. Being integrated into Accuro makes my job a lot more efficient and easy. We recently (last week) switched our traditional landline to their Unite GO desktop phone system and so far it's been great! I would recommend Unite's services to any doctor's office.Their customer service and technical support are fast, efficient and friendly. They don't bog you down with marketing emails or promotions, they just offer a quality service for a fair fee!

I wish I had found Unite sooner. We were using Rogers all these years with nothing but problems. The hold times trying to get service was just unbearable. A friend recommended Unite and I’m so glad they did. Cheaper than both Rogers and Bell with so many more options. Switching over was a breeze. I highly recommend Unite Communications for your business.

I have been a Unite customer for over 15 years. I have now retired, and am closing out my account. Although I don't offen write reviews, I wanted to give Unite a shout out. Unite was an integral part of my communication system at my law firm. Unite had a solution for every one of my needs. Fax, email, voicemail, call forwarding - it was all done seemlessly and flawlessly. In addition, I always received superb service. The cost Unite charged for all of my services was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend Unite enough.

We've recently transferred our business telephone services from one of the big telecom companies to Unite. I have to admit - we were nervous to switch to a small company after only dealing with 'Big Telecom' for decades. All I can say is that I wish we had switched over to Unite years ago! Every communication and dealing I've had with them (in several different departments) has been amazing. It feels exactly like dealing with a local business where they care about you as a client, offer a good quality service/product at reasonable rates and have competent, smart people working for them.
