staff is very nice. Even they don't have the parts for your computer, they will order for you. I only waited about 10 days to get my laptop fixed. Highly recommended.

Warning - bait and switch - took money and didn’t deliver service!!Paid $50+ tax and told it would be 24-48 to assess my phone for water damage.5 days later, they said it would be another week to assess.I picked up the phone because I lost trust that they could do the job and they refused to give a refund!!They didn’t do what they said they would and far exceeded the initial timeline.When that happens, a business is supposed to give a refund.

Went into the store as was having issues with my laptop. Was greated as i entered by a gentleman who was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He provided excellent customer service.He took the laptop out back and returned less then 10 mins and had fixed the problem. I was excited that he was able to even look at it that quick but also to have fixed the issue.Best part is they didnt even charge me. In this day an age that is seldom the norm. I expected to pay something so was totally shocked when he refused.I would recommend Geeboo 1000%

My phone's charging port wasn't working so I took it to this repair shop. I was worried that I might need to replace the whole phone but they fixed the issue in under 5 minutes and didn't even charge me anything for it! Would highly recommend this place.

I've taken both of our laptops here, and they have never been anything short of amazing. After spilling tea onto our macbook, I brought it to a different Geebo location who told me if there is one specific problem it might have to come here, then I never heard from them for about 2 months so I called this Spring Garden location, Mackenzie was super helpful in tracking down our laptop and once it was made aware to him we got our laptop back and fully fixed within a few days. Our second laptop needed the battery changed, again was done way before the estimated time, were super helpful and friendly in explaining the process. When we reset it to sell we accidentally wiped it all together and couldn't figure out how to get the MacOS services back on it. Again, Geebo (specifically Mackenzie again) was able to fix it, I was told to come back in a few hours/the next day but was called maybe 30 minutes later to come pick it up. I cannot recommend this location enough! The people here really know what they're doing, everything was done before the deadline given for pick up and most importantly both of the laptops are working great! Thank you so much Mackenzie and team!! We will definitely be back next time we break any of our electronics.

My bike headlight stopped working. I took it apart and discovered one of the wires inside had been severed. I don't have the equipment to repair that so I brought it in to see if Geebo did this sort of thing. The answer? If electricity runs through it

Was told by my carrier that I needed to solder my charging port to fix it and that it would cost at least $100. These guys cleaned it out in 5 minutes, and now it works perfectly. Saved me some serious $$$, and they had great customer service!

Really nice people, my charger was clogged and while some try to rip me off and tell me it's gonna have to change and yada yada 100 $.They just did it out of courtesy. Super recommended
