How many times are you going to forget to add espresso? I doubt it’s that hard to do, so why go out of your way to avoid it? Every other location can do this quite well.

Went in with my girlfriend at 4pm on a Sunday. It was completely dead, one guy ahead of us waiting for his order. It took about 10 minutes for the guy to get his order, which looked small. We then continued to wait in the none existent line, and we were never acknowledged by an employee. Well we were when one came out to put a tray of muffins into the mostly empty display case, and gave us the, gimme a second finger, and walked to the back. We waited another 5 minutes, laughed, and left, going to times across from the pen where I typed this review and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Took less time to drive to another location, place the order, and get the order, than what it was standing there.

This place was quite a sh%tshow. Only one staff member on the register inside, and service was quite slow.I ordered a Classic Wrap with slow-cooked chicken, substitute mayo for cilantro sauce.The sandwich staff member comes to the counter, says ‘cilantro wrap’ and hands me the paper-wrapped burrito. I sat down and opened it to find a very soggy Habanero Loaded wrap with slow-cooked chicken. I returned to the counter and said ‘Hey, this is the wrong wrap’ and explained what I had ordered. The girl seemed confused and ended up with 3 girls coming to clarify what I had ordered… when they could easily press the RECALL button on their screens at the sandwich bar. I’ve worked at Tims! Another 5 minutes and my wrap comes out. I asked her, ‘it’s just lettuce, tomato, chicken, cilantro?’ and she confirmed. I finally sat to eat and it also had jalapenos. I did not order jalapenos, but I do enjoy them. I just hope they didn’t irritate someone sensitive to spice.So disorganized. I know they’re high school students and they’re learning but there needs to be better communication and service.

Worst service ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. Was never greeted at the drive through order screen. When I went inside I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and was still never acknowledged.Went to the Tim’s up the street on sir Isaac Brock way and was in and out with my order in 3 minutes total..Terrible service. Would never recommend this location. If I could give a negative star, I would.

Unbelievable! While I was taken back by the filth of the toilets - I spotted a CRACK PIPE! In the busted open toilet paper roll! SERIOUSLY??FILTHY and so dangerous if a child goes in there to use the washroom. Get your head on straight whoever is managing this place!

I post this picture to show you what a Cold Brew is supposed to look like! The one on the right of the 3rd picture is what I got from this location. It tasted like the bottom of a coffee pot! I even questioned the guy at the window but all I got was that he must have mixed it when he moved the cup to put espresso. This was received on June 13, 2022 at about 5:30ish, please train your staff! When I spend $4.00 on a drink I expect it to taste good! I had this drink replaced at the Tim Hortons on Ormond St. N in Thorold and it tastes amazing!Please train your staff!

The worst tim hortons I have ever been to. If I order food either I get the wrong order or they don't have what I want. Everyone behind the counter looks like they have no idea what is going on and looks lost. If I go to the drive through I always check my coffe before I leave because they have gotten it wrong too many times

If you want to get ignored, come to this restaurant. Employees don’t even mind to ask. Waited for 15 minutes for the delivery order. And after that they say they don’t have the item. Only one guy standing at the counter. Nobody even dare to ask.

Ordered delivery and have in the past came my self to this location but every time the delivery driver is waiting for 25 minutes for my sandwich to be finished. These drivers are paid how many orders they do. Ridiculous the wait time and no repercussions.

Shoddy. Got there on Saturday night, February 4, and there's just one attendant taking orders for the multiple customers around. The guy did a great job attending to customers very fast, but I had to stand for several minutes with my girls before it got to our turn. There's a need to get more hands to avoid this kind of unpleasant experience!
