I purchased a collector car from this family operated business at the just before the lockdown in March 2020. Since I am from eastern Ont quite a lengthy drive from them, I was in no mood for tackling a road trip with pretty much everything closed.We made a deal to purchase the auto remotely using email for photos and telephone conversations. They answered all my questions and were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I paid using bank transfer to their account, and we did all the paperwork using email.Since I did not want to travel until at least things opened up somewhat, they had no issue with holding the car in a safe location until I could pick it up. I finally rented a car and did a road trip to pick it up in late summer. They had it checked over and ready to hit the road for my trip home.They also communicated with me for my planned trip so that aspects of the purchase were taken care of and planned for. The owner picked me up in St. Thomas at the car rental agency when I dropped off the rental car.When I saw the car and checked it over, the condition was exactly as described. Perhaps I took a chance to have faith in this used car dealership, but they delivered with truth about what they were selling and being willing to accommodate my purchase remotely during a pandemic lockdown. It was also the best price I had found for that specific model in nice original condition.It was pleasant to be treated with a small town friendly, honest and professional attitude at all times.
