Purchased a pool table and new couch with ottoman. So happy with customer service and with our purchases. Staff were friendly and willing to take the time needed to help us choose just what we wanted and what would fit in our home. Delivery and set up went seamlessly. Received the most comfortable couch we have ever had!! Pricing is better than or comparable to the big chain stores but the quality and service here is miles above what we found in the big chain stores. Love finding such a gem of a local business! Definitely check them out.

Irony at it's finest...That was an incredibly timely response. It seems that if you shifted priorities from trying to safeguard your reputation to actually earning it you might be better off in the long run. I did indeed call a second number (provided to me by 411) as I was having trouble believing that I was calling the correct number as noone ever answered it, I was being kind when I said I called 10 times as I called the original number many times before calling 411 and trying the fax line as it were. I was trying hard to spend my money, as a business owner you really shouldn't miss the easy ones. Have a great day.

My husband and I have been to every furniture store in Lethbridge and this one was our favorite by far. The furniture is beautiful and of higher quality than what we saw at other stores. The service was fabulous and the prices are reasonable. We would highly recommend you check this place out before you buy anything anywhere else.

I have had the best experiences with Lakno of any furniture dealer I have ever worked with. I can’t thank Them enough for their attention to detail and service. My Stylus sofa of 20+ years was recently replaced with another one by the same maker, and Lakno took care of all the details, even as I was getting ready to move between provinces. Amazing!

Great family business that carry better products than the big box stores. Many lines the carry are made in North America and western Europe you pay a bit more but you are buying much better products. Kind and friendly helpful staff. Personal delivery as well. Worth your time to go take a look.

Can't beat the great service from everyone at this family-owned store! Friendly, helpful and efficient without putting on any sales pressure. It was simply a really nice atmosphere to shop for good-looking, quality furniture at very reasonable prices.The only down side I can think of, is that prices for many items are not listed on their website. You have to contact them for a price which is one reason we almost decided not to go to the store..but so glad we did!

Lisa and Randy at Lakno Furniture provided exceptional customer service. I was looking to order chairs manufactured by VIG furniture and no other shops I called within Canada were willing to order them for me. Lisa was more than willing to place the special order for me, even though she no longer carried VIG furniture products in store. Randy went above and beyond and helped my friend take the items out of the boxes and load and place them in her vehicle. It was a really tight squeeze but he spent time trying to get them to fit, while being careful to avoid any damage. I am a very happy customer!
