I had such a great experience here! Zack was my salesman and he went above and beyond. Darryl did the finance part of it and he made the whole process easy. I highly recommend this place!

Cannot thank Zack and Darryl enough! Above and beyond the call of duty, working with my hectic schedule to not only pick me up and take me to and from the dealership but when all was said and done, they even dropped my new car off at work for me amidst their own crazy schedules. They were super nice guys throughout and made my first car a very pleasant experience when I was expecting a terrifying one. Zack understood it was a first for me and walked me through the process like a pro. Darryl kept me updated throughout the whole process so we were always on the same page. Awesome experience, definitely recommend.

For a first time car shopper I had a very poor experience with Steele Honda. Aaron, was who I was dealing with. I called before heading there to make sure the car I was going to see was available, Aaron confirmed it was. An hour later I show up and the car has been sold with no attempt to contact me, this was frustrating considering I paid $35 for a cab to get to the dealership. I was informed that around 9 salespeople were all selling the same cars and this made it incredibly frustrating as there was no guarantee the cars I was interested in weren’t being sold even while I was test driving it. Not a good system in my opinion. When I asked questions about service intervals on Honda’s I was given a very vague answer that there are none, but you can google to find when major service intervals are on Honda civics. I found that any question I asked was not a straight answer. The website is incredibly unreliable. There was many cars on it that were no longer available, and another that was listed for $5000 less on the website than what they were actually selling the vehicle for.

Not satisfied with their behavior. They need to learn how to deal with the customer more politely.

We experienced such great service. Zach helped my Mom buy a new car which she is very happy with. She felt so comfortable and taken care of. Months after purchase when she let them know that she was having a sensitivity to the cleaner used on the carpets, etc they took her car back in without hesitation and did a fast turn around complete reclean with a scent free product. We highly recommend.
