Exit Chilliwack Escape Room

We did the Harry Potter theme and we were all impressed. It was super fun and exciting to do with our friends. The clues were challenging and the props were fantastic, a lot of detail. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back to try more rooms

My husband and I have done many of the escape rooms this location has to offer. 3/5 different times the room wasn’t reset properly or props weren’t working. They were always good about it and gave us extra time, and one time they gave us another voucher to return. Just gets old when it’s a reoccurring issue. Also wish they’d switch over rooms more often.

Puzzles were more confusing than difficult, the room and props were all quite damaged which made solving some of the puzzles needlessly more difficult. The staff was a big help however, and it was still overall a fun experience.

First time here the other day, and played the Cabin in the Woods room. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the game was really well done. The only issue is that one or two of the puzzles were somewhat finnicky with how items needed to be placed. So even if you had the correct items, the next step wouldn't work. Took the staff member even a few times but they were really nice about it. Will definitely be going back to try out the other rooms!PS: Look for team Piper" on the wall and try to beat our time!!"

This was my second time doing an escape room with a group of friends and by far the best one. The decor and the mood of the space was impeccable and a very friendly and customer focused staff. We did the harry potter theme and its definitely a must do. The experience was amazing and we had a lot of fun solving it! Moreover the sounds, props, lighting, and transitions were wonderful. The surprises really kept us on edge and they fit really solidly with the theme and the puzzles fit really well with the story and the setting. The puzzles were on point! The themes were amazingly gadgetized and brilliantly done. we loved it! Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend it for an amazing escape room experience and simply just a great night out with friends and family.

This was my very first escape room experience, and I enjoyed it. The host was friendly and helpful, and it was a good challenge without being too disheartening for a beginner! We went to the Harry Potter-themed room. I was left a little confused, as a big Potter fan, when one clue didn't quite match the movies/books...but once I stopped overthinking it all as an over-detailed Potter fan, and just went looking for general clues, then all was good! (In other words, you don't need to know much about the Potter books to do it). We made it out with about a minute and a half to spare! I would definitely return.

Took my daughter (11 years old) here and her two friends who have all been here previously and they really enjoy themselves. It's 45 minutes well spent using your brain in pretty challenging scenarios. If you like using your mind and like puzzles this might be great entertainment for you. Staff was friendly.

Did two escape rooms. Some of the props in the second room(cabin in the woods) didn't appear to be working quite as well as they should've. Still had fun though!

The staff were helpful and the place was well set up and ran smoothly.

Took the staff here for a team building day and wasn't sure how it would be as i have never done an escape room before. BUT GOSH it was fun!! (Except for the losers in our group)Welcomed by a very friendly young lady and man, whom both carefully explained the rules and regulations for our group.All the rooms we entered were very clean and the MOD helped us if needed be, aylisha?Extremely covid friendly with clean washrooms, gloves, masks and sanitizers available. Even lockers to store your personal belongings!I believe they have multiple locations ran by the same owner.Cheers!!
