I have been to many SW stores in Mississauga but this location is by far the best because of it's customer service. John was so professional, knowledgable, helpful and honest. He took the time to explain. I will definitely be returning.

Great experience today. I wanted to match paint with a fabric sample. Zander was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He took his time and worked his magic insure that I was completely happy with the colour.Also, a shout out to Paul.

If I could give a negative rating I would. My first visit to the store was a pleasant experience. However, when I returned the second time I was disappointed as I had found that the information they initially provided me was incorrect and that they would not honour what was explained earlier. The customer service was terrible. This was a waste of trip all the way from Brampton.

Amazing and friendly service from start to finish, especially with curbside service only due to the lockdown. I asked for paint chips and they had the colours I picked (from their website) ready for me to pick up right away. After looked through all my paint chips at home in the room that was to be painted, I called them back to order. Kathleen was really patient with me as I picked my paint. They sold me everything I needed (accessories too) for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

They had a great deal on stain and offered expert advice for my project. I really appreciated their help with selecting a shade that would compliment our brick colour - it was perfect. They have more time for one-on-one consultation than the big box stores.

Excellent service and unbeatable prices. I got paint for my entire kitchen and condo renovation from here. George helped me find the best color, told me all the supplies and equipment I needed and got me a price that I couldn't find anywhere else!
