I have been to see Adam, at Arise Wellness and Osteopathy, a few times now and I must say his treatments have been very effective. I have been to Physio for my shoulder and although it did help a lot, Adam has significantly improved my range of motion ad reduced the pain. Highly recommended!!

Would highly recommend Adam at Arise Wellness as an osteopath. I have been seeing him for a few months and he has really helped improve my mobility. I was having back and knee pain which was restricting my outdoor activities. Adam’s treatment made it possible to return to many of the activities I enjoy! He is very professional and understands how the body works as a whole, and focuses on what needs to be done in order to help you.

Over the past few months I have been blessed to be working with Julie at Arise Wellness and Osteopathy! She is so amazing and has helped me regain my mobility in my back again! I was in chronic pain and really found it hard to do some of the most basic tasks I was used to doing. I had tried so many other things to help with my back but until I started seeing Julie they were all temporary fixes. She has magic hands and she has helped me realign in the most gentle way I know! Its truly remarkable and I highly recommend Arise for anyone wanting to ease their pain and restore their life!! Thank you so much!!

I have suffered many years with chronic back problems. After trying many treatment options with varying results a friend recommended that I consult Julie at Arise Wellness. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical during my first appointment thinking how can these subtle movements correct anything. That was about a year ago now and I'm happy to say I have never felt better. I still don't understand the mechanics of Julies expertise but the results speak for themselves. Pain free days are good days!!!

Julie's great. She knows what's she's doing to get the kinks out of my back and whatever else hurts. She's very professional and easygoing. I particularly enjoy that I can say whatever I want in an appointment without getting into arguments like at the pub. It's Osteo with an added vent session.

Could barely walk prior to my first appointment, and worried I would need a hip replacement! Adam is knowledgeable and has a gentle touch. And so reassuring! I’d been compensating for an old injury. After only one session I could walk pain free. I’ll need more treatments, but the good news is all is well.

I was recommended to Julie for osteopathic treatment. I had acute neck/should pain with limited mobility and even after one treatment I felt some initial relief. Julie's goal is to get your body to optimal function, so that you can end treatment, or schedule less frequent tune-up" appointments. I've tried all the modalities
