West Bros Frame & Chair (1976) Inc

Avoid West Bros at all costs. The owner, Robert, is an arrogant man who has no appreciation for his customers. We had his chairs (custom built, $600 a piece) split in half multiple time while customers were actually sitting in them after very little time using them. He absolutely refused to repair them in the most unbelievable fashion imaginable, claiming there was nothing wrong with them and was completely unwilling to admit any fault whatsoever, let alone willing to repair them at a cost, which I was willing to do. When I have something go wrong in my business, I fix the issue for my customers, I don't treat them disrespectfully. I have actually spent tens of thousands of dollars in his business and was genuinely shocked by his behaviour.
