Ontario Provincial Police - Fergus

My partner went here to get fingerprinting done for a US Visa application. They did it incorrectly twice and have now delayed the issuance of our Visa by several months. Their communication has been virtually non-existent (they only offer information when my partner pesters them) and they've been vaguely apologetic (verging on indifferent) for the stress and delays they have caused. If you need something important done in a timely manner, I suggest going somewhere else.

An opp officer told me that she can't come help me when i reported a bear to be near my tent. She hung up saying I'm not gonna come all the way there to help you " and hung up the call.Learn to serve and protect."

I have three situations that OPP Fergus has not been good .......I lived in fergus on St Andrews Street and unfortunately had to complain that a neighbour ( all in townhouses) was visiting his girlfriend whenever time wise .....he had a truck with a LOUD engine ..... Modified truck....during the day I didn't complain but at night 2 am or later and the truck shook the townhouses .with noise and personally I couldn't sleep after the noise....I complained....two days later neighbor brought to my attention that they knew it was me ......what happened to civilian privacy ..another time I went to complain about the boy who left a party in alma Ontario and was hit by a white vehicle ...I went to a house p arty and heard details about it....went to OPP Fergus office on the Monday to give them this detail and got totally dismissed ....recently I had a bad experience where a black truck vehicle went from lane to lane or braked all the way to Fergus and would not let me pass......... went to station to voice complain immediately and it's been a negative experience where these ppl don't listen or care about anything civilian wise .... VERY DiSAPPOINTED !!!!!!!

Please let Me, Eldest Daughter of Jim Scott know if it was OPP ‘overreach’ as told to me yesterday or if the 2 Constables in the Harriston Cemetery were just having a leisurely coffee break of almost 75 min as repeated to the Community Member who called Today. My Tax Money is not to be used as make believe private security for criminals. My Nephews are very upset and Jim Scott ‘hated cops’. Why exactly were you at his ‘graveside service’??

Mixed Feelings.Helpful with lots of things BUT not helpful with marijuana which i have a Health Canada liscence to possess.

Service lady was very rude, and cut me off before I could even finish talking.

I called with a question, Rachel was super helpful. She answered my question quickly and effectively.

I needed a specific police check, and I brought clear and detailed instructions and information. This is normally a six-week process but it has now been 3.5 months and it's still not resolved. There's been multiple delays and errors on their part. Disappointing and frustrating service, and lack of empathy or follow through.

Was illegally hassled by these idiots for years. Even in the primetime of the war on drugs they couldnt get me for my weed. Though they love to illegally search. Complete drain on a civilized area. They provide no service for you tax dollars.

Went to get an accident report form for the insurance and officer was really helpful. Thank you.
