Abbotsford Mission Taxi

First time trying this company. Driver good guy. But … how dirty is the car. Filthy dirty. I still can’t believe I was sitting in such a dirty car. Never in my life had I experienced this. Nowadays taxi services considered luxury service. I paid 50$ to get from Abbotsford to Mission, which is ok, that was I signed up for, but I never signed up to ride in filthy car feeling like a garbage. To the owner of that vehicle. Please consider cleaning your car- deep clean. Your car and you represent a company and that was the worst representation.

My first 2 times using this cab company was pretty good. My boss paid for my taxi to go into work and had no issues with wait times, drivers were polite and ride was great. My horrible experience and the reason for my 2 star was last night. I biked to mission from abby for work. On my way home I got a flat tire and instead of walking I decided to call a cab. Asked for a van (since I had a bike) and was questioned on why I need a van when I really don't see why it matters I could of had a group of 5 friends. Anyways called the first time in matsqui at the daycare, didn't know the address but gave the name of the buisness and was basically hung up on as I didn't give an address and was told to call back when I had the address when the dispatch himself could of Google maped the address as I didn't have data. I walked a few blocks till I got to an intersection and called back. That's when I was questioned about needing a van, was asked to hold so she can check van availability... didn't even put me on hold then tells me she has no vans. It was 1230pm. I was very upset. Not only am I brushed off cause I don't have an address and questioned on why I need a van but theirs no vans at all driving on a FRIDAY night of all nights. An absolute joke.

Roll the dice, I wouldn't recommend girls ride alone intoxicated... there is a chance you get the creepy cabby they won't fire who has downright rapey vibes. Sicko was even soliciting a 5 year old boy in front of his mother. There is some cool cab drivers as well.. I've been able to pay the later the same day for an urgent ride on occasion. Ladies? Don't fall asleep en route to your destination.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called for a cab last night just after midnight and ordered a cab. He said they would send one soon. We waited for 2 hours and called back several times. Once we were told a driver was just dropping off someone and we were next. We waited another 30 min and called back asking how long it would be and were told there was none available and got hung up on several times. We were repeatedly lied to. The dispatcher was super rude and unprofessional and told us to call another taxi service. There is no other taxi service! I feel like because we were a few minutes outside of Mission and they were busy they had no intention of sending a cab out our way to the rural area. Ended up having to call and wake up a family member after 2am to come pick us up.

Driver A25 almost caused a major accident with a passanger. At a dead stop ( redlight) he serves in front of me and my children when it turned green. Intentionally being wreakless. Scared me and my kids. When notified this business the person answering cared none. Just kept saying I aknowledge". Didnt even apoligise. GO WITH CENTRAL. Or anywhere else."

This taxi service exceeded my expectations. The driver was very polite and professional, and the car was clean and well-maintained. The dispatchers were also excellent, providing quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company.

The driver had taken us the long way around so it cost more to get to where we were goingI had explained to the driver which way to go but he refused to go by my direction and decided to go the route google maps direction and everyone knows that sometimes we end up going in circlesBut all and all comfort was good

10-30 minutes of wait time with no option to schedule a ride in advance. Each time using their services is a gambling with a high risk to ruin your plans. Driver is watching a news video on high volume while driving on the road. When calling to book a cab, people on the phone are rude and hard to understand, sometimes whey will hang up right while you talk. Seatbelt in the car is broken for over a month now. Horrible experience.

I’ve used Abbotsford Mission Taxi numerous times and they’ve been on time for pickups and have reliably gotten me to where I needed to go. The cars are relatively clean and seem to be in good working order. They are definitely my go to when in need of a ride.

If I could provide 0 stars I would.We called for a taxi an hour ago, have called 3 times for an update on where they areIt’s 4:00 on a Saturday. “10 minutes” each time we called. I called now an HOUR later after the first call and he said “I’m in Walmart you’re going to have to wait until I’m done, where are you going?” We said:“It’s a 5 minute drive down the hill.” HE LITERALLY SAID: “oh that doesn’t work for me.” WHAT KIND OF TAXI SERVICE GETS TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY PICK UP AND WHERE THEY GO? Last I checked that’s THE JOB DESCRIPTION. We wasted an hour of our time waiting for someone that decided where we needed to go wasn’t long enough of a drive for him. Absolutely ridiculous.
