I have been a customer for over 25 years. I paid more simply because of the incredibly customer service. To save a couple of $ this service has been taken from our Canadians employees and off shored. What a mistake!!!! not informed, incompetent, and I will be cancelling my very expensive accounts, and changing service providers

Shaw cable is now Rogers cable. It was made official last night. Shaw in port alberni will be getting new signs. And logos soon.

The people in the local office are great. Don't try calling in with a problem though, because you will be put on hold forever - I tried three times over two days and wasted far too much time trying to get a simple answer about my billing. Terrible, terrible service. Go with Telus.Update on this: Problem resolved via email.
