Bought and prepaid four months back fully for washer and dryerYet to receive washer. The delivery guy brought broken, took it back.They are taking same broken one to every customer so that they can keep your money without deliveringReceived dryer but yet to find out if it works or not. Now I need the installer to come two times . Once to install the dryer and second time to install washerWhen they know that the customer is from the builder, they trap customers . customers are fully trapped. If you ask for refund, they give only store credit .Now I am in this whirlpoolNote that all the the new homeowners are receiving faulty washers . The broken one is being circulated

Bad boy is bad boy Really bad customer service. We bought their fridge, stove, washer, dryer ete… for my new home after you paid you done wait for ever to get your stuffs , when I track my order, they make you wait forever, when I said it take too long they said if you don’t want You must paid for delivery. I can’t believe that I bought 5 appliances they delivery 3 times, no explanation why delays,really bad customer service, I rather go somewhere else. at least they respect you like a customer.

I do not usually write reviews but if I can save at least one family from the headache of doing business at this location then I feel like this post is worth it. We ordered a stove in February of 2023, which had an estimated delivery of March 2023. It is now almost July 2023 and we still don't have a stove. We've requested a refund which this company has denied claiming that their head office refused the refund. The complete lack of professionalism practiced by this company is unreal considering they don't respond to customer emails and break Consumer Protection laws by refusing refunds for errors they have made misquoting delivery dates. My parents are seniors who had initially gone to this location to make the purchase, and they have been taken advantage of as they are less aware of their rights as consumers. We understand that manufacturing delays are a normal part of business, but not offering any alternatives until June 2023 is sickening considering a stove is a necessity. The countless negative reviews below should be indicative of the type of operation this location runs, so buyer beware! Others in a similar situation should review the Consumer Protection Act and file a complaint. I will never be a customer at any BadBoy stores and I will inform all friends and family to stay away from this company to ensure that they are treated fairly by other companies who value their customers. This is a last ditch effort to get a response from BadBoy who have now ignored 3 emails.

I'll try to keep my 6 months of frustration short. Ordered a LG dishwasher with a delivery date of a week. Received call that it delayed for 4 to 6 weeks. Ok fine. Called after that time, delayed for a month where as this model available in stock at CAS and Home Depot. Asked to speak to a manager, got a call back in a few days and was asked to reach out to Rohan, a manager at the Dundas location who was in charge of shipments. Promised a month, then 2 more weeks after. When I called after that he wouldn't speak to me and I had to threaten to come to store and be loud to speak to him finally. Said delayed more. I said please cancel enough is enough. Said oh online order call head office. Frustrated with incompetency but fine. Made 3 calls to get order cancelled. Was told no problem manager will approve. Finally received today after 6 months, BadBoys never cancelled. Incompetent company and managers, please stay away

Beware: Terrible Experience with Badboy AppliancesMy encounter with Badboy Appliances has been an absolute nightmare. Despite booking and paying for my appliances 10 months in advance, the company continuously delayed the delivery, leaving me without essential appliances for over a month. Their lack of planning and failure to place the order with the manufacturer on time is entirely their fault. To add insult to injury, they refused to issue a full refund, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against trusting Badboy Appliances and recommend seeking alternatives for your appliance needs. I had to give this single star as I had no other option to post this review. They dont even deserve that.Longer Version:I feel compelled to share the harrowing experience I have had with Badboy Appliances, as a warning to others and as a last resort after exhausting all attempts to resolve the issue in a fair manner. I booked my appliances for my new pre-construction home with Badboy's Brampton store in August 2022, a significant six months in advance of my original closing date in February 2023, as advised by both the builder and the store themselves.I chose Badboy based on their tie-up with the builder for standard appliances and the option to use a $3000 credit for upgrades. I made a full payment in advance and maintained regular communication to ensure timely delivery for the closing date. However, it has been an absolute nightmare. Even after moving into my house in the third week of May, the appliances were still nowhere to be seen. They continuously pushed the delivery date, first by a week, then by another week, and finally, they admitted that the appliances wouldn't arrive until September.While the store blames the delay on the LG manufacturers, it is clear that Badboy is at fault for not planning and placing the order on time. Shockingly, I discovered that they placed the order with the manufacturer only in May, when I called to book the delivery date. Had they acted upon my notification of the closing delay in February, I would not be in this frustrating situation.Throughout this ordeal, I have made countless attempts to reach out to them, only to receive inconsistent and misleading responses. They failed to provide a definitive delivery date until recently. Frustrated and left with no other choice, I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund, accepting the standard appliances as part of the builder deal. However, Badboy refused my request and claimed they would have to withhold a 25% restocking fee.Even when I proposed an alternative solution, offering to let them keep the builder's credit of $3000+ and not deliver the standard appliances, they still declined. Despite the fact that the fault lies entirely with Badboy, they insisted on enforcing their policy, leaving me without appliances for over a month and forcing me to endure daily phone follow-ups, multiple in-person visits to the store, and even a visit to their head office in Pickering, all in pursuit of a definitive response.What's truly disheartening is that all the appliances I ordered are readily available and in stock with other companies. I could have easily ordered them elsewhere had I not been entangled in this never-ending ordeal with Badboy. Any reputable company would prioritize their customers' concerns and reputation, acknowledging their mistakes and issuing a full refund. Unfortunately, Badboy's primary concern seems to be money, with little regard for their reputation or customer satisfaction.I strongly advise anyone in need of appliances to steer clear of Badboy. Their lack of planning, terrible customer service, and refusal to rectify their mistakes demonstrate a complete disregard for their customers' wellbeing. Spare yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and hardships I have endured. Order your appliances from a company that values customer satisfaction and operates with integrity.

*UPDATE*Reached out to the email they provided the below, no reply. Not surprised!Thieves. I was given the run-around for over a month. Saying my product (that I paid for online) would come in on Monday, I would call back on the Monday and they would tell me they didn’t receive the shipment yet and would have it next Monday This cycle happened for 4+ weeks. Nothing.They told me to call customer service to get a refund since they don’t have the product. I called and they would not refund me saying they can only give me store credit. I would understand if I was returning a product, however this is an item you had in stock online, and now cannot fulfill. My money back would be greatly appreciated. And my time back for keeping me on hold for a total 5+ hours.Shady business…

I recently had a purchase from this store and had a worse experience. Strongly recommended that don’t go at Lastman’s Bad boy Brampton gateway terminal Brampton location. The staff is totally unprofessional, even the Manager Priya don’t know how to deal with customer. I booked the furniture but they didn’t book further so didn’t get delivery on time, might be they are thinking that I forget the booking and deposit.Please highly recommended that don’t go there to waste the time and money.Good luck !

Bad boy is not even worth for 1 point review .. They are just delaying appliances of my close friend for almost 3 months. He moved to new home constructed by Paradise development and got into these guys when he tried to use builder credit of 3000$. Not they are not returning his money even he is okay to leave the builder credit. Appliance dates are not know and he already moved a month back . It’s WORST BOY. Never ever got stuck with these people for saving 10-15 dollars .

Please take your business to literally any other furniture store in Brampton, the utter lack of care and customer service is disturbing and it shows in the amount of reports that they’ve received from customers through the better business bureau.A family member of mine ordered a set of couches and was told to expect a call in the next couple of weeks or so to schedule a delivery as it would be shipping from the states. A few weeks go by, we keep calling to be given a new date of receiving that phone call every single time. It is now approaching the third month and I ask to speak to a manager and was told that the sofa set we had originally ordered was never available to be shipped to begin with and that we should come into the store to find something else. My family member begged and pleaded for a refund to go elsewhere and was denied of that every single time. She went into the store to see if asking for a refund in person would make a difference but instead they had her sat and waiting for 3/4 hours while they ran around the store yet checking in on her every so often promising that someone would speak to her shortly. When someone did, they again denied her refund and was made to chose something else. At this point she already paid close to $3k and was left with no other option. That same day my family member sat and watched as a customer service representative gave a family a refund after being told that they have a strict no refund policy. On top of that, while dealing with this store, was faced with attitude and coldness from every representative and was hardly given an apology. We placed the order for the sofa sets in August of last year and received them in October. When we did finally received our order, the 2 delivery men were also mean, snappy and handled the items with zero care and concern. The delivery made this entire situation worse. Did not even reply when we said thank you and was angry the entire time even though my family showed nothing but softness and kindness as she always does.I’m making this review now because this is something that still affects our lives till this day, my family member was forced to chose something that she was not in love with and has to face this awful memory every day in her living room when she could have been given a refund and went elsewhere. The management of this store have zero compassion and show nothing but greed and poor customer service. A report was submitted to the better business bureau and while in the process of submitting I saw that there were close to 400 reports made, possibly doubled by now. The hundreds upon thousands of one star reviews are NOT lying to you, PLEASE take your business elsewhere for the sake of your own well-being and money. Leon’s would have NEVER treated their customers this way. Run!!!!!!!!

Awful service and business- being lied and Manipulated to by various staff about our items or support/ information. WORST business to deal with as they could not give ETA on items or have the common courtesy to just say the truth to help us make better decisions. Save yourself the headache and do not buy or even walk into any of Bad boy establishments just to save a buck. Not worth the months of issues you have to endure.
