Stephen the owner and Adam the mechanic are great to deal with and are extremely knowledgeable and honest. . We bought 2 Giant electric bikes and they are amazing. We were offered a test ride and fell in love with the bikes right away. My wife got hers off the floor and they worked hard to find me one and had it shipped in from BC at no extra charge in less than a week. Outstanding people. We will be recommending them to all!!

I was gifted an old Norco Nomad Magnum that had been left in the bush for 30 plus years. I took it into the shop and I was told what work needed to be done and the cost of each part that needed replacing. I got it back and besides needing a bit of paint it works like new! No surprises in pricing and they even put in some extra work so that everything functioned smoothly. Awesome work and a professional finish. I don’t think anyone else could have brought this bike back from the dead! They are now my go-to bike doctors. Thank you!!

Stopped there while touring cross Canada. Amazing owner! He allowed me to use his stand and tools to fix my bike! Very nice stop for cyclists if you need anything for your bike!

I went in looking for a SUP paddle for our family board. I was immediately greeted by 3 different staff members and only waited a minute until one of them was free to help me. I told them what I was looking for and that it was going to be used by a large family with inexperienced riders so I wasn’t wanting to spend a large amount of money as I imagined it would take a beating from rocks, docks and shores. The young lady who assisted me was amazing and totally understood where I was coming from. She walked me upstairs and showed me all of my options and even told me about her family paddle board and how much they enjoyed being out on the water. The paddle is great quality and was in my price range. I left feeling great about my experience and highly recommend it!

I took my bike in to The Hardwear Company to get the shifter cable replaced after it broke on the weekend. Adam, the service dude said it would take 30 - 45 minutes. The work was perfectly done on time and he even repaired a few other minor things. I was very pleased.

Amazing customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stephen, the owner, was happy to go the extra mile to help me get my bike back on the road to continue my journey across Canada. Quality service with great inventory stock to get me safely back on the road. Also very knowledgeable about road conditions and safety concerns in the surrounding area. Would happily recommend friends to return here.
