First and foremost, I would like to thank the team in Lockwood Kia especially Jay (dealer), Christopher (Finance Manager), and Marco (General Manager) who were all a part of the process in purchasing my first brand new car!Jay walked me through the initial process of reserving my car and when my car arrived, he was very knowledgeable with all of the features (safety features, settings, etc) that the car came with. I was very happy with the customer service he provided, especially the communication. The initial process happened over the phone which was very convenient for me since I live in Scarborough and Lockwood Kia is in Oakville. Jay kept me informed and provided pictures of the car when it arrived which I REALLY appreciated because at least I felt confident knowing what I was getting. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he is approachable and made me whole experience of buying a car less intimidating.Christopher walked me through all the financial aspects; from the bill of sales, to the coverage and whatever else that falls under this category. I was very happy with the overall process because he was very patient when I asked for further clarification and explained terminology that were very new to me. He was very prompt in replying to my emails and keeping me well-informed on any updates, which makes Christopher very reliable and competent! He also made the whole purchasing process go smoothly.The staff mentioned above have all contributed in the success of purchasing my first car. Great people, great service department. Lockwood KIA is a top tier KIA Canada Dealership and one of the top 2 dealers in Ontario. Parker knows electric vehicles and offers customers the expertise they require. He's never too busy to answer questions or take the time to offer advice on EV's for example, KIA Canada and the Automobile Protection Association do not recommend the use of rust modules on hybrid or electric vehicles. This news was essential for our vehicle's overall reliability. Located in the former Budds BMW dealership building on Pacific Road and South Service Road between Bronte Road and Third Line interchanges from the QEW/403. Convenient service hours.

I'm very happy to have had Lake as my sales rep! He's very knowledgeable and informative when you speak with him. You will never feel pressured into anything, rather, he takes the time to explain things properly to you. All of my questions were answered all the time. And even if he's unsure about something, you can bet that he will get back to you with a proper response. You are never ever left hanging when you work with Lake. Funny enough, he was also the one who delivered my car to me a few years ago and now that I was exploring my options again, I'm so glad that I'm able to have him help me this time around! Went in with the expectations that I would be dreading the whole process of buying a car but after talking and meeting with Lake from sales and Chris from finance, it was honestly such a painless experience. Make sure you come in prepared with your documents to avoid the hassle of multiple trips to the dealer and that’s what I did. Recently leased a 2023 Sportage and dealt with Sienna and Chris. They were amazing. Always responded to messages and questions I had. Ensured I understood everything I was signing and explained everything very thoroughly. I was having a hard time finding a good time to go and get the car as I have an infant at home and Sienna came and dropped the car off personally. This made everything so much easier for me and was just a small thing but made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.
