This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.Great service, location and room. I’d definitely go back and recommend it. I think this was the best experience I had in a hotel so far. I used my miles to book it and it was a reasonable price, totally worth it.

Amazing hotel, in the top 3 of my go to Toronto luxury properties. Staff is amazing, very friendly and always will go the extra mile. Rooms are well decorated, subtle luxury with high tech controls. Food options were fresh and delicious, both in room dining, in restaurant and lobby bar. Pool, gym and spa floor is a must visit offering both an intense workout or just relaxing at the pool or spa.

We had a great stay at Shangri-La Hotel Toronto.The staff are very nice and thoughtful, especially Michelle and Edward. They always smile and kindly to try to help us to solve the problem.Thanks so much, Shangri-La. I highly recommend everyone chhose Shangri-La.

I went there for a company event and the food and service was amazing, the even from the hotel point of view was very good. Nice located and the people was always on top.

If you are looking for a nice quiet lounge to chat with people, go here even if you dont stay at the hotel.Fireplace & live music add a relaxed atmosphere & charm to this lounge.+Personally, I recommend getting cocktails here. Tea is so-so average imo.+If you want little snacks, try their burgers & truffle fries.+Afternoon tea has a nice presentation and their seasonal menu was well thought out. But if you are more into a traditional afternoon tea style, then go elsewhere. There may not be any scones or sandwiches.*Service is generally okay, although it often takes some time to get a server's attention.

A lovely weekend getaway featuring the signature Shangri-la attention to detail. Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed rooms, a generous spa and gym area, professional service, and innovative quasi fusion offerings in the Bosk restaurant and Lobby Lounge. I expect nothing less from this brand - you won't be disappointed.

I stopped in her for a quick drink, fabulous place, first class service, there was live entertainment when I visited. I can only imagine the rooms here would be fabulous based on what I saw.

On May 3, 2023, around 11 AM I had an awful experience at this hotel. I came to the hotel with my four-year-old son and a friend for tea as I was coming into the hotel someone famous had walked out and the door security assumed we were with the crowd. I lost my son in the shuffle and went back 5-10 feet to grab him. This is when the door security had the audacity to make a comment stating that we were trespassing not allowed to be here and that I was a bad example for my four year old being at this hotel. All I can say is, I have written an email complaint, as I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. I did not get to have tea with my son and friend, and he was very unhappy. You lost my service and I will be waiting for someone to get back to me or I will be following up as this was extremely inappropriate.

As a loyal Circle member of the Shangri La hotels worldwide, Toronto has not disappointed on continuing the standard you would expect for $$ you pay per night with quality of service, location, cleanliness .However, only upsetting matter and hence my low score Re room is solely the fact that my family and I haven’t got hardly any sleep based on hearing all traffic, sirens (every 1-2hrs) in our room (1704), even though being on the 17th !!We are one night into our two night family vacation and will be going to a shop asap and purchasing disposable earplugs for our last night !Based on the above, and $$ you pay per night, this isn’t to the Shangri La room standard (it’s like being on the ground floor), and would check very carefully if I was to ever return on which side of the hotel and the room location ..
