The only reason there's 1 star is because there's no option to leave none!! Beyond bad, not helpful, zero knowledge and terrible service. Would absolutely NOT!!! recommend. Just awful

I was looking for a simple pipe fitting, local business to repair a local business, and since I didn't have an account, they would not sell to me, when I explained to them that I had purchased there before, their response was...What part of you need an account don't you understand..."Do yourself a favour

They are quoting me 30% more than Home Hardware down the road. I mentioned it to my account sales rep and the branch manager and they said, the price is the price". Be smart and shop around and you may have to take your business elsewhere."

Called for information regarding Triangle Tube installers. The two employees I spoke to were very professional & friendly. I would've given them 5 stars but for the fact I got cutoff twice! Not sure what's up with their phone system but I called back once didn't bother calling back after the 2nd incident.

This place is a joke. I'm a licensed plumber. I had worked there for a year. With cost of living had to find another job, management wouldnt let work only 8 hours instead of 10 so i could work both jobs. Even with knowing I was looking for another job I wasn't offered more money or anything to stay, even being the only person in the building that knew the product. So i had to quit and go with the better paying less hours job. Now they wont sell to me. Probably for the best because there prices are almost double anywhere else.
