I actually contacted Derick fall of 2022 (review is spring 2023) in regards to completing a fully legal second dwelling in my basement. It turned out to be more cost than I anticipated, so the project was put on the backburner for the time being. I had reached out to Derick this spring because of his professionalism in the past. I asked him to help with replacing the backsplash at my house's main kitchen this year, as the old tile was quite dated. Bear in mind the work on the photo is not done yet, he's coming tomorrow to replace the outlets and add caulking.Derick has great work ethic, puts in the work, has great project management ability, and is punctual. The work itself is immaculate, everything looks great.. Pricing itself was competitive as well, although not the cheapest quote I got. Would highly recommend for future projects

I hired Derick and his team to complete a basement renovation and main floor install luxury vinyl flooring along with carpet removal and kitchen cupboards removal. Derick approached every step of the Reno and problem solved in a professional, calm manner at all times.Derick’s design and carpentry was exceptional and second to none. His team were always punctual and if held up Derick communicated this in a timely manner..Derick was always respectful of time and my privacy.It seemed no job was too big or difficult. I hired Vantage Built Construction to complete the framing portion of a multifamily building conversion. Derick and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable - restructuring a 120year old structure is not an easy task! They arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and left my site cleaner than when they arrived. All the discussed scope of work was completed with a high degree of expertise and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to work with Vantage Built again.

Helped from start to this point with permits ,arrange excavation, cement work ,heated floor ordering of material and building of shell of my detached garage , while dealing with my changes in original design without any issues . We are not yet done here but I could not be happier with the quality and professional help so far . Will be in touch when done.

As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat, we can't fault any of their work and couldn't be happier. Derek built us a gorgeous pergola, and when he found some existing issues with our deck, he quoted us very reasonable change orders, and they look amazing as well! We’ve known Derick’s family for years so having him complete our deck build was an easy decision! From the time of his initial visit to completion he was very thorough and professional! We are extremely happy with our new deck and the requirement to have a ramp built on it was a seamless project for Derick!
