Awesome team and another smooth delivery. Arash really went out of his way to surprise and wow us, and so we bought two! He managed to source vehicles for us out of thin air, amidst terribly long delivery timeframes. Win!! This is the only Audi dealership I recommend in the city.

When I walked into Queensway Audi, I had already visited a few other Audi dealerships. But the service that I received at this location was beyond phenomenal. The entire team was welcoming and super patient. The sales representative Kris Rajah helped me look into all the vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions. He made it feel less like a transaction and more like an investment. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted to purchase and even brought up the car to the showroom on pick up day. He decorated the car with a bow and gifts! Even after pick up, he takes initiative to message and ask me if I have any questions. I cannot wait to go back to the dealership when it’s time to upgrade my Q5 to an R8 :)

Shout out to Kris and Adam for awesome service and support. We picked our new Audi Q7 and the process was super smooth and well explained. Had an amazing car buying experience with Myles. He returns calls promptly and gets back with any info I requested. He was ready to see me when I arrived at the dealership and had the vehicle waiting in the service bay for me to look over and get acquainted with. They are very friendly, responsible, and responsive in answering my questions.From the beginning to the end, the process was smooth and quick. All the things we noted about the car and asked them to fix, they checked and fixed them if required, and if it's not required to be fixed or replaced, then they gave us a valid reason for that. Whatever is included with the car (according to the description of the car in the advertisement), they would give us those as promised. My car was delivered very cleanly to me and in great condition.
