Harman did a great job helping us find and purchase a home and sell the home we were moving from. He did a wonderful job and really pulled through when there was very limited time to put a offer in on the house we purchased that had a current offer already and was close to the acceptance deadline.He had good suggestions on how to make our offer stronger and the seller accepted our offer. Also when selling our previous home he helped us through the process of weighing out multiple offers and provided sound advice on which offers to consider. Buying and selling homes is a process which requires attention to detail and experience to offer good advice, especially during negotiations.
